I mean that the government starts operating on a much smaller budget due either to budget cuts by Trump that eviscerate the bureaucracy or the people out here just stop paying taxes because the government is so ridiculous. Once the money dries up and the bureaucracy shrinks DC can start to look like the rest of the country.
