Can anyone suggest a good constitutional law blog? I'm curious to learn more about how yet another one of Scott Walker's laws has been found unconstitutional.
I love the fact that woman-with-a-bullhorn is messing up the soft semi-retirement of the once-young-man-with-a-bull-horn, Paul Soglin. How's it feel now to be once young, gifted and treasurer for commie front-group the SNCC? Ya ole commie, Mayor Soglin. How does it feel? How does it feel?!? It looks to me like socialist chickens coming home to roost. Sorry, just venting, that cynical dog got me thinkin' that I could go off-topic and every-one would respect my internet bull-horn. I really don't want to see Brandi's hoped for blood in the streets in the town of Madison. But I would like to see ole commie/jive-hustlers like Soglin brought down to shame. Where's his pony-tailed Chief of Police now I wonder. Thankyou for this forum, Ms. Althouse.
Epstein is a nice constitutional source. He writes and podcasts, the podcasts being better.
Podcasts at Ricochet every couple of weeks with John Yoo, and weekly at Hoover weekly.
Neither always on the same weekday.
He tweets links to these usually, ans sometimes to other video talks.
His speaking is better than his writing. In writing, he pays too much attention to accepted formalities, need for a conclusion, and so forth. The same thing that ruins WSJ articles generally. Stupid editing.
Why didn't the Texas authorities go after Durst for dismembering the body of his neighbor? Under self defense laws are you allowed to dismember the body of your attacker?

Hmmm, you mean the ruling by a single US District judge?
That doesn't sound quite so ominous.
It's clear this blog is not satisfying your particular "needs". I wish you luck in finding an online resource that satisfies your particular requirements.
I love the Althouse blog, but I have a problem with a lot of others, including the Huffington Post.
The problem is: When making a comment, I am virtually forced to sign in by means of Facebook, Yahoo, AOL or other such Pieces of Sh** that have a record of silly censorship or abuse of my privacy.
Can anyone come up with a way to avoid dealing with blogs that so compromise my interests? A simple solution might be a mere list of such offensive websites to avoid altogether.
Most pertinent is the "you are in a movie theater watching a the screen through a single straw of smallish diameter."
Yes conclusions are necessary and we learn through errors or, if unlucky trials, but our learning is a slightly-less-than drop in the bucket which overfloweth as God's cups of love.
So quite opposite of the Katy Perry we're up/down hot/cold in actuality we are mostly what people perceive the term lukewarm to mean.
I have been thinking about hiring some guy off Craigslist dressed in a black suit Matrix-like to go interview old friends I had, like I am being considered for some big job or something.
I saw Buckets of Knowledge open for Pearls for Breakfast in Denver three years ago February. Ended up doing the jogging/running/moving-but-not-falling dance for the last time firstly.

It isn't a challenge to see one's nose. Together, not then but indeed know I'm talking about now, it's self-indulgent Leftist navel non-gazing writ blah if one doesn't all timewise?
I am a notorious non-crier at movies among friends. But I may have shed a tear or two now at the end of The Iron Mask (1929) when Athos, Porthos, and Aramis come to collect D'Artagnan.
Very interesting. Fox News reported that her server used outdated software with known vulnerabilities. Just naming the SecState's "private" server Clintonemail was problematic. It's conceivable to me that all her emails were subject to interception.

... are you sure you can trust anybody?
No. Next question.
"Whatchoo talk'n 'bout Willis..?"
You've just had 'Scarlett Johannson Vagina Surgery', haven't you?
I am Laslo.
Pretty skeptical of Spring after shoveling another 5" of global warming today.
Cynos, Gk. dog.
The Nose knows.
Vicki Hearne glosses cynic by saying that a cynic is slow to believe whatever a dog cannot believe.
The authority of the state being her eventual example.
What a good dog. He doesn't drink or wear flip flops.

A feature of most really bad romantic comedies: a best friend of the main man who dispenses really bad advice, that unaccountably is followed.

Trust but verify.
What you talkin bout Willis?
"You think I don't know what nail clippers smell like?"
"would you neuter your best friend?
For a lot of people decisions are simple, its just what appeals emotionally. Hope that works out.

Them browns make good eatin,' yessir.
"My reasons satisfy me Susan!" - Good old Charlie Kane
I read, back when I used to really read, you know, I read The Drunken Driver Has The Right Of Way by Ethan Coen.
I've cussed worse than (those by comparison saintly) sailors ever since.
Sam Elliot even was brought out, under circumstances he didn't quite understand, to ask, of all of us really, the royally we, to not cuss so much.
But the cat is out of the genie's bottle babe.
"I wish you luck in finding an online resource that satisfies your particular requirements."
The good news is that by summer MSNBC will probably be a blog.
Dog is all like "you really blogged that Obama called for mandatory voting???"
Hillary finally took down the https://mail.clintonemail.com.
I can no longer access the Microsoft Mail log-in page. I can no longer ping the machine.
I'm sure the hard drive is a lot closer to Jimmy Hoffa than we are.
One lake has thawed! I actually saw Paddleboarders out on the lake today!

You just came up with it jimbino.
No bambinos I take, but you came up with an idea, just like me.
What's next?
Things about sports unintelligent Shiites probably don't appreciate:
Drinking alcohol.
Hating a team all year then cheering for them in the postseason because they are, after all, in your conference.
Cheer persons leading the enthusiasm with skinny feminine assets.
Quench gum.
Reduction of racism and increases of bonds made whilst drunkenly hating your foe or loving your hometown sporting friends.
Servicing All Stars after achieving excellence on your own.
Couldn't help think of Laslo when I saw this picture.
Always remember the great balance you never see.

William, you've heard of BBQ, haven't you?
It isn't a challenge to see one's nose. Together, not then but indeed know I'm talking about now, it's self-indulgent Leftist navel non-gazing writ blah if one doesn't all timewise?
Most ultra seriously I doubt it.
Skeptical? The dog just looks like he's sniffing Meade's crotch.
Dog says "You're going to blog this, aren't you? AREN'T YOU?"
I am not Laslo.
The justification is this:
They are trying to sell you a bill of goods you've sold yourself.
HA.
Jokes on them.
I had something so wonderful it would transfix even the most jaded: all I remember is the end about "so that's my answer to microaggressions!.".
So I was listening to Coast to Coast, and George has Richard Belzar on.
Funniest thing I have heard in ages.
Richard talked about how he helped the young comics.
He raged of Dennis Miller's "fascism" and Fox News "80-90% lies" they put on air.
The degeneration of a brain via cocaine is a joke to comedians.
I wanted to see Chris Farley convince me of whatever tonight, but won't.
Et.
This ugliness I have been a part of.
One answer is Steel Panther.
Fuck it you kickstart me jimbino and we'll, Motley Crew aside, cash in on this.
By the way, Nikki Six does the Six Sense at night and is quite impressive.
I wish I were his friend.
My Love of CLint BLack is enough to warrant the opposite of a microagression based on race.
I literally ran races, which I subsequently lost.
To Mormons.
Joking.
But my bigotry remains until the single first thing gets followed.
I am a notorious non-crier at movies among friends. But I may have shed a tear or two now at the end of The Iron Mask (1929) when Athos, Porthos, and Aramis come to collect D'Artagnan.
I do not believe Althouse and ilk laugh at the repercussions.
Okay as only IRONY can/could do, I place dogs on the pedestal of a reminder of how unGodly we are.
This is one of many "pet rock' enumerations exuded recently.
Your lack of visualization of "pedestal" precludes your success.
Surf.

Sorry too many of the wettingness ya know.
the dog is so ... i am confused. Farhaan

I do not concern myself, whether I ought or not, with the big black dog of depression.
My anxiety is caused by packs of marauding skip-the-skedaddles lolly-gagging chihuahuas.
Maxed-Out-Mama:
I was looking for idle-chit-chat at this cafe...
I am deeply intrigued by the two links you have shared.
The recent demonstrations about a shooting by Police are part of a longer interaction between Police and this Young-Black-and-Gifted coalition.
And the YBG's told the Police that they are "an occupying force" that should stay away!
That's a special kind of crazy. And not one I'd want to deal with.
