" Meet me half way on this..." says the health nut to the other one as strange new foods appear.

But then the happy ending:We're not idiots.

I love (*snicker*) how the lay idea of health nowadays is to find some genuinely immoderate behavior and declare one liberated by enacting behaviors every bit as immoderate but in the opposite direction.

Fighting fire with fire works because it eventually consumes itself. Bad principle to set for anything other than fires.

Maybe one of these days we'll realize that moderation is the real key, not zealotry enacted in opposition. But hey, as true as it is for politics, diet moderation isn't something one can pat oneself enthusiastically on the back over in public.

As soon as I could clear my eyes because I was laughing myself to tears I signed up for their stuff. Great, great stuff! Thank you so much.

Young men imbibe copious quantities of alcohol for 5-10 years. What could possibly go wrong?

Cheryl કહ્યું...

Awesome.
We gave up sugar (Whole30 diet) for of course 30 days. On day 31 I made cookies and drank wine. Delicious.

I'd send this to my vegan son and his wife, except it would just confirm my status as an condescending asshole. And I'm told I'm too predictable that way.
