Among other things, the assault in Mosul is one of the most successful bank robberies in history. http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/mosul-seized-jihadis-loot-429m-citys-central-bank-make-isis-worlds-richest-terror-force-1452190
In the last cafe, I said I saw a woman filming a wedding from her seat with a small laptop. Yesterday I found a picture of it posted on Facebook (because of all the people who were taking cell phone pictures.) Score!
Why am I excited about this? It's not like I'm going to post the picture publicly and shame the poor woman. I like it. I like experiences of the absurdities of life. I like that this one is documented. It will always make me laugh.

Mosul is not just a city somewhere in Iraq; it is the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan.
This is very, very bad!
And that's a whole lot of neck to rub.
Nice retro-look sunglasses!
Nice basset hound
Dang, Althouse! Excellent range of motion of your knees. Cute dog, too.

Did you sing an old Elvis song to the dog?
Something like,
You ain't nothin' but a hound dog
Cryin' all the time...
That dog looks just like Hugh Jackman in "Movie 43" with his testes growing out of his neck:
