Mitt Romney says the foundation of Obama's second term is "rotting" away.

On today's "Meet the Press":
But the key, I think, that has really undermined the president's credibility in the hearts of the American people is that he went out, as a centerpiece of his campaign, and as a centerpiece of Obamacare over the last several years, saying time and time again that fundamental to his plan was the right people would have to keep their insurance plan. And he knew that was not the case....

And whether you like the model of Obamacare or not, the fact that the president sold it on a basis that was not true has undermined the foundation of his second term. I think it's rotting it away.

And I think the only way he can rebuild credibility is to work with Republicans and Democrats and try and rebuild a foundation. We've got to have a president. We've got to have a president that can lead. And right now, he's not able to do so.

Can't lead, because he doesn't know how, and is not able to admit that he does not know.

It's easy to fix with the following bill :

"HR3590 : repealed."

It also boosts the economy.

No leadership needed.

With all due respect, ma'am, I don't think you recognize the mentality.

"Rotting away"?

No, the rot started on day one of his administration for Obama has NO learning curve. He is the same Marxist he was as a 'community organizer'. And he is a lazy one at that.

Someone should post a Romney/Ryan sign and write underneath it, "A year ago they LOST. A year later we're all LOSERS."

Now I can be glad Romney wasn't elected, he would probably try to fix the damn thing. And yes, it would be nice to have a president, and no, Obama can't be that president. I don't think Romney is just being polite, I don't think he gets that. Nor did McCain.

Like with everything else Romney is likely correct, though it's not much of a stretch to make the statement. With the exception of exit orders and pardons, the second half of second terms consist of symbolic gestures, walking the dog, and pontificating.

We've got to have a president.

True

We've got to have a president that can lead.

Not so clear. Jimmy Carter is one counter-example, historically there have been others.

And right now, he's not able to do so.

Technically true. Right now he's not able to lead because he's never led anything in his life and he's clearly not of a mind to start now.

Trust Romney to see no downside to propping up a Marxist who is "rotting away".

Romey expects Obama to keep the oath of office he took on Inaguration day,"...to preserve. protect and defend the Constitution of the Untied States of America, so help me God!" Anything less is impeachable. We all must expect this of our president too!

Obama isn't going to try to work with Republicans. He never has, he never will. He's making a Titanic effort to right the ship with hot air. And then he'll sink. Because he didn't work on making the policy actual and the whole thing is just like the website. It's one big glitch. Read David Cutler's memo on all the things Obama wasn't doing that needed to be done to actualize the law. I think that memo was leaked to warn Democrats that they shouldn't think that the website is the only part where no work was done and so they shouldn't use up their credibility on defending the Nightmare on Pennsylvania Avenue

Hillary! 2016 theme is:

Common Ground.

Ergo: HRC is the next POTUS (with Martin O'Mailey from MD as her VP)

UNLESS GOP will get to it sense and have its ticket to be:

Scott Walker and Kelly Ayotte

There is no other way. Chris Christie could not even be elected as a dog catcher outside the NJ.

Romney retooled 2016.

If lying to "only" 5% of the people is "not really lying," at which point does it become "really lying?" 10%? 25%? Or does it have to be to a clear majority, over 50%?

Dammit Hagar, you're going to have to stop reading my mind or I'm gonna accuse you of plagerism!

And Mitten's...please, just STFU.

The only person I would have less respect for than the HNIC is the guy who lost to him.

Mitt and McCain should just go away.

Please.

Just go away.

As I've said previously, The affordable healthcare act, and as it's turning out everything else in this administration is built on a foundation of lies.
The only reason it remains standing is MSM which it seems can't seem to bring itself to engage in the task at hand. Which is simply to shine the light of truth, and see what it can find.

I can think of no evidence for either of those propositions. If Barack Obama were neither seen nor heard from for the next three years, what exactly would be the worse for his absence?

The golf courses around Washington D.C. would take a major hit.....

Romney criticizing the President for lying is like Christie criticizing him for being overweight.

If the press is worth anything, they will start telling us more about Valerie Jarrett..
Karl Rove sure got a lot more critical attention.

Why the hands off treatment of the mysterious and powerful woman behind the president?
Why does she hold such sway, and why are her ideas so bad?

Romney was the right man for the presidency. Both in 2008 and now. We missed a great opportunity, because our sitting president was able to distract America with dogs on car roofs and binders full of women.

2016...retooled Romney elected President...Rand Paul, vice president...Ted Cruz, Senate majority leader and...Paul Ryan, Speaker of the House. 2017...the NEW American Century begins...oh, yeah...Chris Christe, ambassador to Saudi Arabia.

There are times when I'm almost willing to give Obama the benefit of the doubt. He may actually be so stupid as to believe his own bullshit. Of course, being stupid doesn't mean he can't also be a liar.

Paul Ryan, Speaker of the House. 2017

You mispelled his name.

It's Paul Rino. He's a phony conservative.

Have you heard Paulie R.'s reason for amnesty for illegales? He says Wisconsin has a dire shortage of dairy farm workers. So Wisconsin needs lots of Mexican immigrants~!

What do you cheeseheads think about that?
