Althouse: What if anti-bullying campaigns...

David said...: So who is the audience for these films that end with children who have committed suicide? I doubt if the makers of the film have any clear idea. Are adolescent bullies going to be influenced to abstain by this? Unlikely. Parents? Teachers? Influenced to do what? Did it even occur to the makers and promoters of the film that adolescents are particularly suggestible, and emotionally volatile?

Do gooders doing harm.
