With the title and still of this thread, I was actually expecting, though now I am not sure why, the video to be accompanied by the music of Captain and Teneille. "Muskrat Love", of course. I was disappointed that it was not.
The sea otter is often seen just past the breakers off shore floating on his back and using a rock to beat open an abalone shell and get the snail out and eat.
These seem like river otters, but they are doing the same on their backs movement holding a rock as their tool.
