"Right now, I’ve got my hands full being governor... I’m not real involved yet."

"Strike that last word."

Said Scott Walker, quoted in a Politico article titled "Scott Walker’s stealth 2016 strategy."

Hands full doing what? That's the obvious question.

A good man, Walker - but as a practical matter he doesn't have a chance. Unlike Christie, he's not part of the GOP/Dem coalition.

At least he might be able to articulate a conservative viewpoint, if you are into that kind of thing. I think a governor would be a better choice than a senator. He might be a tea party favorite, but since the big media have labeled anyone who believes we should actually follow the Constitution as racist nutjobs, I don't think he will make it out of the primaries.

Ah yes...the GED candidate....perfect!

I would be in favor of a Constitutional Amendment barring Members of Congress from being elected President until at least 2 years have passed after their leaving Congress.

His book comes out in November. There will be no denying it after that point.

I just wish he spent more than half his summer in-state, instead of at out-of-state fundraisers. Guy hardly lives here anymore already.

Yet no Democrat in Wisconsin is smart enough to beat him.

He is home enough to mow his own lawn. I see it all the time.

Ah, then he is like George Bush.

Seen all the time clearing brush but not so much doing the people's business.

This week there was twice his office sent out press releases from Walker which gave his location as `Madison'. He wasn't in town all week.

This complaint about Walker will get you as much mileage with voters as it did in 2012 for conservatives who harped on Obama playing too much golf in too distant of locations with too many big shot donors.
