The message reportedly said the victims — three killed and more than 260 injured — were collateral damage similar to Muslims who've died in U.S.-led wars.

Tsarnaev, 19, also reportedly wrote that he didn’t mourn older brother and alleged bombing mastermind Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who was killed in an earlier gun battle with cops. He referred to him as a martyr in paradise....

The disgusting thing about this is that it makes it appear as though there's reason and cause for the act. That's simply not true; you can hold the same beliefs as the Tsarnaevs without lowering yourself to impotent acts harming innocents.
Think about it. He's decrying IU actions in Iraq and Afghanistan, but he's actually doing worse because he's intentionally attacking non-combatants. How many times have you read of a servicemember's frustration that an insurgent was hiding in a crowd or behind noncombatants, knowing that the Americans and their allies wouldn't fire? He can blame the US all he wants, but he's actually acting worse than what he thinks of as evil.
That's just not thinking your way through.
Even if you think of your enemy as the root of everything that's bad in the world, you do yourself and your stance no favors by being worse.

So he wrote a confession that detectives already had. Why again did the Justice Department run out and grab a Judge along the way to make sure this guy given a Public Defender and read his Miranda Rights to be quiet? I'm not seeing where his testimony to Detectives was necessary evidence to gain a conviction in court. Then again, the DOJ hasn't managed yet to convict the Ft. Hood shooter. Maybe the AG should start showing some interest in his duties rather than keeping open his options to say, "I don't know about it."

What surveillance camera is going to be aimed directly at a boat in a residential backyard? Go to Google Maps and look up 67 Franklin St. The only place that picture could have been taken from was the neighbor's house next door (with a huge tree in the way, by the way) or from a helicopter (judging by the angle).
Also the boat owner noticed something funny about the tarp covering the boat after being out in his backyard for a bit. He wasn't sure so he went to investigate. Now look at the picture and tell me if it would have taken more than half a second to look at that boat and see a huge and obvious problem. Whoever made that claim has a lot of splainin' to do.

If the Armed Heroes needed to fire 50+ rounds into the boat and nearby houses (sympathetic gunfire one Hero Chief Cop called it) against an unarmed guy -

I followed the link and noticed the caption, as you described it. But I also noticed this at the bottom of the article:

I think that's a much more plausible explanation for this photo, given how torn up the cover on the boat is. He didn't need to be unobtrusive at that point anymore.
The Koran does not refer to virgins in paradise. Maybe it's in the Hadith. I don't have a copy of that. The Koran refers to beautiful young boys to tend to the needs of martyrs.
