Wonderful odd couple, from colliding movie worlds.

Ann Blythe has long outlived her husband, Jim McNulty. He was an obstetrician in downtown LA. When Good Samaritan Hospital closed its OB service, the only big hospital downtown that still delivered babies was Cedars-Sinai. He moved his practice there although, like most OBs, it was mostly GYN by then. He joked that Cedars' operators had trouble pronouncing his name.

She was very nice lady the few times I met her.

All we hear about is how terrible the old studio system was but I'll bet it was a lot of fun for a lot of people. Ya know, the people who didn't eat their kishkas out about being exploited.
