I had often wondered about the human tendency to criticize and even destroy the famous and important among us, and ran across this from Chesterton:
"There is the chivalrous lesson of "Jack the Giant Killer"; that giants should be killed because they are gigantic. It is a manly mutiny against pride as such."
So, is rape... or is it rape-rape... now considered a tolerable offense? Does it depend on your orientation? Does it depend on your liberal credentials?
He got away with rape or rape-rape. He's mocking the morality of people who consider it a crime committed against the individual, society, and humanity.
For 46, she looks fab! Show it off, I say. But her hair looks horrid. First of all, pony tail? In Cannes? And the streaking looks like some street hooker's in East LA. I won't let 'em in my car when they look like that.
I've read people saying that Steven Speilberg said it was OK to have sex with a 12-year-old as long as she made the first move. I don't care enough to find out if he did or not. But he should look Polanski up if he is ever in the same town.
Many of these women clearly want to come out naked in public. I don't see why they don't just take everything off. In a country like France, who is going to care?
At Cannes Polanski was asked about his changing views on women:
"I think that now offering flowers to a lady becomes indecent...I think to level the genders--it's purely idiotic...I think it's a result of progress in medicine...I think that the Pill has changed greatly the woman of our times, masculinizing her."

You were expecting class from a Roman Polanski production?
Would have been more tasteful if she had shown up in a bikini with a wrap, some big sunglasses, and some high-heeled shoes.
Isn't she a bit old for him?
Never too much.
Well, within the law, anyway.
Nice for a woman her age but at her age she should know better than to dress like a slutty 22 year old.

There was a typo in this: "Emmanuelle Seigner, with husband Roman Polanski"
"Fugitive abetting moll Emmanuelle with convicted baby rapist Roman Polanski"
There, FIFT.

The 2nd photo, of Julianne Moore's toes reminds me of Austin Powers' grin. Yeah, baby.
In this particular case, it works. It distracts you from looking at that thing she's next to.
How does that pervert not get his ass kicked every time he goes out in public?
I got a scam virus warning from your link. At least I hope it was all a scam and they didn't try and plant anything.
Slutskaya wore pants!
Emmanuelle Seigner was one of Polanski's "hot tots." She should have worn a jumpsuit and hit him in the head with a ball-pein hammer.
Well, should one expect any sense to be displayed by a woman who would marry Polanski? I think not.
Hey, be glad she was wearing undies.
What's with the tongues? Polanski is sticking out his in the second shot and a photographer is likewise in the first.

Well, yeah, the Muslims would care, but who else?
I feel like I should get college credit in biology for seeing that picture.

Thanks, Ruth Anne.
Funny that I said the same thing, word for word: "As they say on "Project Runway," "too much tootie.""
I liked it.
