And David, if the accuser were a woman, and even if she were 'of age', I'd wonder why a man in his 50's, who is involved in entertaining children, is having a fling with someone this young. It suggests a deficiency on both their parts.

You know why? When I deal with troubled youth and they do some really bad things and older adults take advantage of them because they know you teenager/young adult has no credibility.

A deficiency is not a crime.

My beef is with the people who immediately assume criminal guilt when an accusation is made. Often the assumption is correct. But criminal justice is not a statistical exercise. Individual innocence is presumed. The guilt must be proved.
