I call racism.
Best dog I ever had was a 50/50 mix of Basset Hound and Labrador. he looked like a Basset Hound on long legs with a Lab face - basset markings. he had the flaps on the nose and the webbed feet. That dog would swim out through the surf line and paddle around the lineup until someone put him on their surboard for a ride in. Diving boards (remember those?) at a pool? A high dive and Kennesaw the Bassetdor was doing a triple gainer belly flop ten feet below. He lived at the bottom of swimming pools picking up toys off the bottom. That dog could hold his breath for an eternity. i miss him greatly lo these 35 years gone by. Can't say that about many women but I can say it about him...
He looks like Athene is lurking somewhere between and behind his eyes.
Give Zeus a double ear rub for me.

Zeus seems to have more humble aspirations...like climbing to a mountaintop and hurling thunderbolts at squirrels.
