Whoa! Mayor Dave takes the blame... and shifts it.

That's got to be the lamest assumption of responsibility I've ever heard. Even by the low standards of politics, this is unusually cowardly.

Yeah, Mayor Dave was really busy, giving away taxpayers money (current and future) to city employees and rallying against fiscal sensibility and prudence ovar at the Capitol.
