The grandson wants Grandpa to see how cool things are.
Actually - and The Blonde and I have talked about this - we really did have it better. The computer has all the fun today.
We actually had to get involved in whatever we were playing. It's interesting her nephews are the first to concede that the TV, movies, and music were better than what's around today.
Red Dead is very beautiful. I've spent hours wandering the desert. And Bioshock with its wonderful art deco designs is great. Adam has very good taste.
My son Chris tells me he tried to get me to play Bioshock and I got flummoxed at the level of moving the character around and couldn't even get started.
Althouse, what about the other huge story on Reddit this week--it is sort of law-related, after all!
I'd like to see something about this released video of Texas judge (Aransas County) William Adams violently whipping his daughter. It's pretty sickening.

Grandpa Aaron reports on the video games his grandson gave him for his birthday.

My Bride loves watching the scenery when I play Red Dead. She says it's like watching a beautiful movie.
All I want is The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim! 8 more days until 11.11.11 and game release!
That's very cool.
'course only kids and old people have time to play, the rest of us have to work to support them.
