Non-fans of ICP was the exact first thing I thought of when I saw that headline. As far as I know, there aren't any other Juggalos.
I interviewed Joe and Joe back around 1999 when they were passing through the midwest and the whole cultly Juggalo thing hadn't really started yet. No, they don't buy into their own bullshit in private, but they are experts, almost eerily so, at turning it on and off like a light switch.
"Traditional Juggalos" don't form criminal gangs based on Juggalodom, or use j-dom as a cover for gang activity.
I don't know if there are gangs springing up using ICP imagery, etc. or if this is just the baseline level of criminality associated with young, drunk, drug-using males at or near a concert.
Similarly, a generation ago, "traditional Raider fans" dressed up, facepainted, drank, smoke and got into fights. This was not the same as gangs using Raider colors and gear as gangwear.
I'm just a Juggalo.
