Depends on your definition of "choked", doesn't it? Granted, AA is based out of WI and so we get front-row-center for this ruckus, but I pause to wonder if crap like this (perhaps sans thumbs on throat) happens in other state supreme courts.
"...and nobody got choked"
Awesome. That keeps are 170 year string of "no choking" intact.
I still want to know who leaked to that arse Leuters.
With the draconian changes proposed by the Wicked Witch of the West, it would appear she's choking..on power.
Cloud? More like a disfunctional family. The sort that you are sitting at the dinner table waiting for things to explode.
Prosser admitted to putting his hands on Bradley's neck but said it was "a total reflex." Bradley told detectives he didn't squeeze and she was in no pain, WISC-TV previously reported.

Are they even trying?
Yes. Very hard.
OT: Garage is now on DIY.
Who said the justices are supposed to like each other?
I work with people I don't like all the time.
"E.M. Davis said...
OT: Garage is now on DIY."
That reminds me, I named my Lake Association blog "Blog Cabin" years before DIY used it. Lawsuit time!
Sounds like a line from a Western, "There's a cloud over Dry Forks and it won't go away until we find out who lynched them three Mexicans".
I blame global warming.
Is it a black cloud?
Why did the author of the article select Donny Downer as the best law professor to be quoting?
