At 1 AM in the morning? Jeesh what an odd thing. It seems WI is kind of hippy or something; what a stoned idea? Do they ride around to bars and play 'moonlight sonata?' Do they have an underwear patrol that goes around in alleys and scares the cats and mingles with the peeping toms?
I learned that from 'Sgt Rock' comic books. I was in the Air Force. Our first rule was to throw our speed handles and torque wrenches at the enemy and lie on the flight shack floor with the lights off.

Sounds like a Tea Party driver is on the loose. Alert the Obama campaign.
Is it normal to do bike patrols at 12:45am? That seems a bit odd. Especially with four riding together. Is Lincoln a major street?
You don't bring a knife to a gunfight, and you don't bring a bicycle to a car chase.
Sounds more like a drunk driver.
Actually, I was wondering if the driver was an aunt or uncle of Obama.
Wonder if it was the same guy who nailed Reese Witherspoon?

Shift change, leaving the station together, or returning together?
Yes, Lincoln is a major street.
I've seen 2 or 3 officers biking together now and then.

First rule of small unit combat; spread out.

Seriously: wish the officers well in their recovery.
Un-seriously: last call at Dunkin Donuts?
