You can attend this "healing and transformative experience" in the boxing ring at the Orange Avenue Gym, 1616 N. Orange Avenue, Orlando. Only $10. And you can get in the ring an embrace your own loved one.
Pat Benatar sang "Love Is a Battlefield." But sometimes love is a boxing ring. With lots of clinching.

Typo in your post "loved own"
All this proves is that Barnum never heard of "conceptual art".
@Daryl Thanks.
Conceptual artist = the kind who can't paint, sculpt, compose a frame, write, or learn any technique that requires any skill other than coming up with bullshit and acting self-impressed.
"It will likely be the hardest project I have done to date."
And this is why we have soldiers.
Not everyone is cut out to be an artist.
"The biggest reason boxers clinch is because they are tired. Clinching is a defensive technique, but one that really shouldn't be used if possible."
Every sport could use a little change-up.
How about when that bell goes off to start the match you just rush right in there and CLINCH!
After the ref breaks you apart, then make your second offensive move. CLINCH!
Now that you have your opponent confused. When he looks over to his manager for some help in noodling out exactly what to do?
BAM!
Damn boxer should have been an artist.
How are they going to coordinate the bathroom breaks?
The lengths people will go to when they forget a card.
"How are they going to coordinate the bathroom breaks?"
Artists don't worry about toilets.
They're TOUGH!
How are they going to coordinate the bathroom breaks?
Well, if they are treating this like a triathlon, they won't let a silly potty break stop them! No matter what number!
Is this a tax funded art project?
If so, how was the grant obtained?
I love my father. And I'm sure he loves me. We hug each other every time we are together... for a few seconds. I think maybe we hugged for close to a minute at my mother's funeral... several times.
But... 24 hours? Standing up? I'd try it hugging/cuddling an ill infant perhaps... but I assure you that even then I wouldn't stand the entire time. I can't think of any other situation where I (or the huggee) would submit to anything even resembling such an ordeal.
That's about 23:59:55 too long for a hug. I mean, really, couldn't he have just gotten Dad a nice tie or an Amazon gift certificate?
It will be found that there are all manner of 'nuance' that will justify brief sits, walking and other non-standing-hugging needs. Hugging will become 'holding' to meet this.
Conceptual art and performance art - ain't.
I love my daughter dearly. I would have told her no.
And I would have laughed at her.
