Hahaha, that's a good one.

No ... the court has already decided the case. Legislatures cannot regulate speech because that violates the First Amendment of the United States Constitution - which says that no law ... NO FUCKING LAW ... can abridge the freedom of speech.

The court will ANNOUNCE its decision before recessing for the summer.
