Potato and sausage is a great old dish from Sicily.
Just peel and quarter about five pounds of potato's and put them in a well greased aluminin pan. Liberally cover them with salt and oregano and mush them around until they are all coated with oil, salt and oregano.
Then take 2 pounds of sweet Italian sausage and 2 pounds of hot Italian sausage and cut them in half and interspace them among your well greased potatos, Put in an oven at 350 and cook for about an hour or until they are done. (your milage may vary due to the thichness of your sausage...but then we all know that right guys).
When you take it out of the oven put in a serving dish and add a can of jumbo black pitted olives.
"The melt and refreeze made the lake look like glass. There are speed skaters and what looks like a pick-up game of hockey down by Picnic Point."
Thanks.
I've been wishing for that. But i was in working all day. Wanted to go out for a skate. Now, it's dark. Thinking of going out to a place with lights. Will try to catch the glassy lake tomorrow.
Take the skin off and cut them into small bite size pieces and microwave. On the stove, heat a sauce pan with one or two tbsp oil in it. Cut some green chillies and put them in the hot oil (optional - add black mustard seeds if you have and wait for them to crackle and don't burn. Also add a pinch of turmeric and a very small pinch of Asafoetida if you have them). Put some minced fresh ginger in the pan. Add to the pan one or two onions (for 4 potatoes) cut lengthwise. Saute until the onions are soft and you start to see brown edges. Add to this potatoes from the microwave and mash some of it to bind. Also add salt (liberally if you put hot chillies before)and mix and leave on the stove mixing for a minute or two so that potatoes get browned a bit. Finally add good bit of lime juice (a pinch of sugar to balance it). Optional to add a spoon of cut cilantro. That is it.
Meade better be careful, or he'll soon enough look like that.
As greengrocer to Althouse, he's bound to build some muscle.
Heck one trip to the store, and now home with probably twenty pounds of fruits and veggies! And soon enough the provisions will need to be moved yet again, this time to the root cellar!

Looks good, but needs more cheese. If you like blue-veined cheeses, try some of this. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stichelton Incredibly tasty.
Where's the beef? (To quote Clara Peller).
Is that a sink in the background?
HOW MANY SINKS DO YOU NEED?! Just get one big sink instead of several small sinks, then use the extra spans of counter space for, um, arts and crafts.

The melt and refreeze made the lake look like glass. There are speed skaters and what looks like a pick-up game of hockey down by Picnic Point.
It should last until we get snow.
Food is love. That looks like an orgy. Bon Appetit!

After the daughter leaves I'm going back on Atkins (basically just a lot fewer carbs). Looks like the popcorn man isn't buying it.
The miracle of the endless bowl of oranges continues. I think you should seek certification from the Vatican.

29 oranges!
14 carrots!
