Suckers prefer Democrats.

"Like other constituents in the run-up to midterm elections, bedbugs are expressing their distaste for the Democrats' inability to use their majority status to pass progressive legislation."

(I love when I get to use my "insect politics" tag.)

You sure that shouldn't be "political insects?"

Heh -- off topic, but what just happened was weird.

I saw the Professort's post. It had one comment from Fred. I wrote mine, seeing Fred's comment to the left, posted it -- and voila -- even though Fred's was up, I got first place. ;-)

Sorry Fred.

(How could I write a comment after yours that got dated before yours? Mmmm.)

The author has no idea what he is talking bout. Clearly the bedbugs are punishing the Democrats for pretending to be moderates and then tacking hard left.

Juxtaposition of headlines:

Headline 1: Top White House aides were shocked to learn in 1997 that Clinton was having sex with Lewinsky...

Headline 2: Suckers prefer Democrats.

File that under unintentional hilarity.

And CNN is infected too. (They have beds at CNN?)

(And Fred's comment has disappeared into the dark matter of cyberspace.)

It truly takes a sucker to fall for Democrat policies.

JAL, then my post went away, so I did it again, and now both of them are back. Weird. Like Joe Jackson and William Shatner teaming up on a song.

Actually my post is on theme with Ann's post, because there is a line about cockroaches climbing the walls. It just seemed to work.

I also love the lines about "thinking being poor is cool" and "no one likes a tourist." That describes the Democratic Party elite quite well. Good stuff.

Anent the title of the post:

Many of us have known this for years.

As we know politics has deeply affected Hollywood. In the 1950's we could sense something happening but it was small and insignificant

By the 80's it had grown into a hideous monster
