While talking about finance reform, to avoid another financial meltdown like in 2008, he specifically brought up Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, saying they will change from their current form. And he specifically mentioned having to rethink the federal policy of guaranteeing home loans to people who can't afford a house to begin with.
