Love Bohemian Rhapsody, and for some godawful reason still have a tender spot in my heart for Tommy, Ann-Margret, baked beans, seriously fucked up story and all.
A 41-year-old woman faces a charge of reckless endangerment after she allegedly hit people with blow darts in a shooting spree in downtown Stevens Point.
Police said Paula Wolf of Plover confessed, saying she "liked to hear people say ouch."
When the bubbles blow back from the busted TV screen my thought was, "careful of broken glass!" This thought prevented me from fully enjoying watching her rolling around in bubbles with unseen broken glass underneath. Turns out she did cut her hand badly in that scene, according to comments on YouTube to the video. Comments to YouTube videos, that always reliable everlasting font of omniscience.
Oh God, not the baked beans! In 1974 I dated a girl who had a serious thing for Elton John and I think I saw that in the theater 3-4 times. AM is about as sexy a woman as I can think of, but that put me off for years.
Regarding the Bohemian Rhapsody page - the mix of the Wayne's World clip with the video seriously degrades two wonderful pieces of pop culture.
Couldn't make it through. Tommy bores the heck out of me - except for the Tina Turner bit.
I first saw this as a kid - a real one - 8 years old. Hated it. Bored me. Daltrey seemed really old to be playing a "kid". I remember this scene made a visual impression, but depressed me - a burned out crazy woman. Was that what life was going to be? Had no idea who she was.
Still hate it. Won't let my kids see it until they are old enough to make the choice themselves.

They don't make culture like they used to.
This is why the rest of us don't want your "generation, baby" running the world.
1> That is a woman shaped woman - it is easy to forget what women on TV used to look like.
2> Love the remote and the "entertainment center."

Damn! I got a high AND hot from that.
Chocolate and beans is the crazy part, but add a little tuna and mustard to that and we got cuisine.
Don't eat the brown acid.

Curves are a wonderful thing.
It's funny because I've always thought Ken Russell to be the directorial equivalent to Queen:
If it's worth doing, it's worth overdoing.

Now if only we could watch some comparably hygrophanous writhing by the lovely and talented Christina Hendricks.
