In the beginning it seemed so serendipitous: "You got your magenta blouse on my tattersall suit." "No you got your tatersall shirt on my magenta blouse!"
There are We Do Daddy DNA Testing bills on telephone poles in my city, ferchrisake. How can men deny, anymore? If they were tricked into conceiving upon consummating, then let the courts determine the innocence of their newborn offspring...
Did neither of these people take basic sex education classes on how to prevent pregnancy? Why didn't Toobin get a vasectomy after he had his children? Amazes me how fucking stupid so many lawyers are.
At least Toobin won't object if Greenfield sues in court to have the child raised Jewish and never exposed to bad Christian influences.
Unlike the other custody case in the news. The wife, Rebecca Shapiro has custody, the Dad, a Catholic, has visitation rights. The wife claims that any exposure to religion is an assault on Judaism. The judge who decided to impose an order against the husband a hispanic vet of Afghanistan "exposing" his daughter to vile Christian things on Sunday, was the former heas of a Jewish legal society.
Barry Goldberg, president of the Decalogue Society of Lawyers, sent a letter on behalf of the organization to the CBS news director expressing concerns about the report, which included a statement by Reyes that the judge who entered the order, Judge Edward Jordan, was not only Jewish but was a former president of the Decalogue Society.
"We are particularly concerned by your decision to include the completely unrelated fact that the judge who entered the order is the former head of the Decalogue Society, the Jewish bar,"
Toobin was one of the many legal eagles who didn't see the Not Guilty verdict coming in the OJ trial. In fact, his "legal" commentary on the matter was so naive, better analysis could be had at the local truck-stop. Nonetheless, the/his face time advising clueless anchors and severely challenged trial watchers brought him into TV prominence.
It's fitting that he has now come full circle in a display of carnal ignorance equal to his grasp of courtroom reality.
Not to suggest this disqualifies him in any way from continuing as CNN's legal expert, or The New Yorker's juris-scholar in residence.
What is Tony Dungee's reaction going to be when he watches Johnny Weir act like a swan and wearing some Lady Gaga outfit? Can the cameras please zoom in on that.
I thought it curious that he didn't want his name on the birth certificate, wasn't making child support payments (cad, really a cad) And her response was not to let him see the child?
Did he *want* to father the kid he didn't want to claim, name or support?
What's that about?
I do not want to ever, ever, again see one single snark from an Ivy League or other elitist (CNN!11?!)about Bristol Palin getting pregnant while in high school.
Where is David Letterman when we need him?
Oh. Right. Shagging his staff while he was married? or was it unmarried fathering a kid.
I have to agree with Beta Rube about Weir. I haven't yet seen the long programs, but I watched the short programs yesterday and I was frankly surprized at how unappealing I found the top 3 men's finalists. Sure, they are terrific athletes and can jump a mile, but musically and expressively it was as if they were mumbling and stuttering instead of communicating. In between big jumps they just sort of randomly waved their arms around and called it "choreography." Like him or hate him, Weir (in the short program, at least) had a well-thought-out persona and storyline to his program, and he performed it, merging the athletic stunts into the complete visual story. And he got out there and sold it. The last time I saw a male skater do that was in 1992 when Paul Wylie won the silver in Albertville.
But, hey- I couldn't stand up on skates if you paid me, so what the heck do I know?

They needed sex education at an earlier age.

"Tube in..."
That's how these things always start.
In any case, I thought the Lefties were beyond all this sort of thing. You know, sexual equality, value neutral, non-judgmental...
Certainly non-mental.
Yale-educated lawyer Casey Greenfield
Toobin graduated from Harvard.
Both are lawyers.
Did neither of these people take basic sex education classes on how to prevent pregnancy? Why didn't Toobin get a vasectomy after he had his children? Amazes me how fucking stupid so many lawyers are.
It's amazing (well, maybe not) how these Ivy League media types seem to have trailer trash morals.
Toobin and (Jeff) Greenfield are Imus family, though if Toobin is CNN I guess he can't come on anymore now.
Imus/Fox is killing CNN in the ratings.
What an ass.
Tube in...
... tube out!
That's what she said.
The only thing worse than a journalist is a lawyer.
Unless you are a journalist who got screwed by a lawyer. Hee.
If they were better liberals, they'd fully consider their carbon imprint before they started producing more carbon emitters.

Of course, completely unrelated!
Kazhiztan or whatever it's name is has a male figure skater who is Asian. Who knew?
The long programs are way too long and why after all that training do they continue to wipe out?
Dick Button is a total bitch and I love it.
With that nose on Pleshenko you know he has a huge hog.
What is Tony Dungee and the owner of the Dallas Cowboys doing there? How weird?

Toobin on Senator Craig.
Soledad I hope you would not expect me to apply logic to senators Craig's behavior because it is all so simply bizarre that I cant explain it..

Now Tony Dungee is watching a French/Brazillian (who is hot) and has painted tears on his face portraying a marionette.
But he only wanted to put the tip of the Toobin.
This has the makings of a messy Tubal Ligation.. I mean.. litigation.
Isnt that man in black too tall to be a skater?
You can't squeeze the paste back into the tube.
Don't they hand out condoms in law school?
Titus- I though Johnny Weir was screwed by the judges. His ownership of the "flamboyant" character obscures what a great athlete he is.
Oh, stop the victim game. Weir's score reflected the lack of difficulty in the program.
Weir scored under Frenchie who grabbed ice. Maybe it's the new system, but that type of miss used to be the kiss of death.

Acknowledging paternity and faithfulness are for the little people.
She is a Yale Law School educated baby-mama, and he a Harvard Law School baby-daddy. Both are 'hos, no better than the folks one sees on Cops.
Anyone following the Wikipedia and Commons.Wikimedia pages for Jeffrey Toobin.
The man is working over time to eliminate any references to this scandal.
It's not working, Mr Toobin.
You stuck your tube in. Now you can't get out.
"It's amazing (well, maybe not) how these Ivy League media types seem to have trailer trash morals."
And yet, they call us "rubes". Isn't that nice?
