From what I can see, those figurines show an idealization of homogeneous turds, a dangerous uniformity of, dare I say, caramel-colored loaves.
As our frient Titus has pointed out, repeatedly, there is a diverse world of human turd shapes, colors and textures out there due to diet, rectal dexterity, etc.
