Sotomaywhore already sawed off the head of the takings clause in Didden.

She says you can't challenge a government takings program (a scheme to give a government agency the power to effect a taking) after the SOL expires--and the SOL starts running from the day the program is enacted, not the day it's actually used to effect a taking!

See, anyone who tried to sue the government to stop a takings program before the government actually took their property would have their case thrown out for lack of standing.

In other words, Sotomaywhore made it impossible to sue a government agency to prevent an unconstitutional taking.

It was a dishonest ruling from a dishonest judge. Sotomaywhore hates the United States Constitution and the protections therein for American citizens. She's out to get us. Of course Obama would appoint a filthy Constitution-hater like her to the bench--he hates the Constitution just as much as she does.
