“There is nothing more dreadful than the habit of doubt. Doubt separates people. It is a poison that disintegrates friendships and breaks up pleasant relations. It is a thorn that irritates and hurts; it is a sword that kills.”
Buddha quotes (Hindu Prince Gautama Siddharta, the founder of Buddhism, 563-483 B.C.)
Not to get all new agey on people put look online for a short film about bluebird woman and high horse.
Bluebird woman has patience and less doubt.
high horse solves a problem without a killing at least in the ten minute film
Speaking of affection. Are we speaking of affection? I've finished the second pop-up card for July that I'm mailing out next week. The first pop-up card this month I've already shown you and that was mailed today. They're both in the Egyptian style and instead of making envelopes for them, they're both wrapped as mummies, first in a very long sheet of paper off a roll, then in a broad thin bar towel that resembles mummy linen. They each have a dozen or so hieroglyphic protective amulets drawn on both sides of heavy Bristol paper inserted between the folds just like real mummies, well, except mine are paper and theirs were gold with jewels.
Apparently, any doubts I may have will disappear early this month.
Wow, they really took a chance with that fortune, didn't they? It would have to be opened by -- at least -- the 12th of whatever the month was or it wouldn't make any sense. You'd think they'd have hedged and said "early next month."
But what really counts as "early this month"? I got that fortune on the 3d. When can I be assured all my doubts will disappear? By the 15th?

Nice dog picture.
Love the fortune image. Funny how what should be a silly little game can leave you looking forward to the month.
