People who support the regime? They'll find it harder to get laid and harder to find jobs. They're going to be pushed out of social circles.
Meanwhile, Iranians won't disrespect people in the military because the military did not participate in the regime's crimes. This also means that young Iranians who want reform can join the military.
After a few years of this kind of social pressure, anti-regime sentiment will increase.
The question is whether Ajad and the Mullahs can seize control of the military before then.
