I'm tempted to say that it's a picture of Cher before she makes herself up.
But I think it's the Althousian elbow.
A nose being whooshed away by a churning tide of semen.
Obviously, it's the inner ear of a unicorn.
It looks like someone wearing a chrome mustache.
Well, it's probably better left up to a trained medical professional to answer, but I'm guessing the nozzle of a coffee making device.

1. It's definitely treatable, although likely will require debridement.
