It is sandwiched between the year I was born and the year my next brother was born. I think that the fact that most of those born that year were always a year behind me in school biased me against that year and those who were born then (and those who were in the class of '69 from high school).
Of course it is silly. By now, there is less than a 2% difference in our ages, and we went through almost the exact same things growing up. But still...
