Blogger had a little outage this morning. But it didn't last long and it'd been a long time since we'd had any problems, so don't try to pry me away from my beloved Blogger.
I've been moving my blogs back to Blogger and Blogspot.
I left Blogger when the New Blogger wouldn't work with remote hosting which I dit so that I could use my own domain name.
Now that Blogger supports setting up domains (along with being able to use gmail to host my domain's e-mail). I'm ditching my hosting plan and using Blogspot.
Why pay about a hundred bucks a year when you can get the same service for free?
Just lately I've had several friends move to Wordpress and for the life of me I can't figure out why. Blogger has never been as reliable as it has been in the last few months. Oh, how I look back and cringe thinking about waiting for photos to upload and hoping and praying that they actually went through.

I haven't had one problem since switching over to the new Blogger late last year. Today was the first time Blogger's been down.
Keep fighting the good fight, Althouse!

Unfortunately, I didn't move. I was thrown out kicking and screaming. My old site now belongs to a spammer.
