Heh...that was pretty funny actually. Pink burkas with RPGS and scimitars, what a hoot.

Still not up there with The Producers but a good first effort.

I'm reminded of the matron leaving the Producers: Talk about Bad Taste!

It made me chuckle.

I've always thought the war on terror would be over when I see a late-night ad from a used car salesman where he starts it with, "I declare Jihad!... on high prices!!!"

Excellent point. Once you can start making parodies of them, you know you have them on the run. Plus is probably drives them completely insane as they take themselves so seriously

Let's not forget the opening of Family Guy where, in the cave, the AQ guys are razzing another of their band who brought a doctor's note as an excuse for why he couldn't do a suicide bombing.

Oh, and Seth Myers as Osama commenting on the 2004 election. "Why is nobody talking about Social Security?" Brilliant.

The CNN link goes to an Althouse vlog.

He kinda' reminds me of Mandy Patinkin.

Mockery is good psych ops.

Ann Althouse म्हणाले...

Sorry about the bad link. Fixed.

I agree that mockery is a good attack even if it seems to disrespect the victims too.

Even better, the sad folks who tried to get an official petition against it launched have seen their effort hijacked by people who are also taking the mickey
