Somehow, I don't quite think that's what they had in mind when they put the words "blogging" and "heads" together.

I mean this in only the best way: two broads talking about the narrow way.

This is a good blog. But I have no idea who you are.

You evidentally are well known. You have published a book.

I would like to know more about you. I am going to mention you in my blog.

Re Hillary, Annie says, "Bill was her Trojan horse." She couldn't carry them herself?

I find the whole Hillary/Carmella Soprano discussion to be fascinating.

Webbyte asks you who you are. Do you have a theme song?

I noted that Hillary's campaign is trying to find a YouTube song. Did I understand that correctly?

I think the song should be These Boots are Made for Walking, and that's just what they'll do.

That is, for Hillary.

I think you should have a Goth or glitter song, like Bang a Gong, perhaps. But perhaps you already have a song.

Goth and glitter are a little after my time.

Perhaps a little presumptuous in this day and age to suggest it should necessarily a girl under the podium, Amba... ;) You never know what's really going on in these candidates' heads...

And for that matter, what about Hillary? Shouldn't she have to face a similar "trial"?

OT: Given that he's posted the same article in at least one other thread, and it's completely irrelevant to this one, I would have thought LukyOldSon's post is a prime candidate for deletion.

I start getting suspicious when someone who's pro choice talks about how "healthy [it would be] for American politics" to "get over" abortion. Since "get over" means (at least in this context) a pro choice nominee on both sides, there's the natural suspicion that "healthy for American politics" means "a boon for the pro choice side" - that is "it'll be healthy because the side I favor will hold the field."

In any event, my hope is that social conservatives will stick behind Guiliani if he's the nominee under the rubric that a pro-choice federalist is better than a pro-choice living constitutionalist; I thinnk social conservatives are smart enough to understand that a choice between not great and awful is not exactly a rock and a hard place, especially when one looks at the whole board.

On Slime Molds

For a time they were thought to be fungi. Now they're considered a type of animal and given a phylum of their own. Do a Gigablast on "slime molds" (quote marks included) and see what you get. Note that my information may be out of date.
