Well, it made sense, originally, since the story headline is Gonzales, but then I see your link is for sleeping away from your mate, nothing to do with law at all. At least not yet -- who knows maybe some Republican will introduce legislation requiring married couples to sleep together.

But should it have instead said "Conservative commentator Ann Althouse writes..."? A label for everyone and everyone with a label, after all.
