I just did some consulting for an online firm that had hired half a dozen folks who's job was to go to every possible blog and post like that. You'd be amazed how many clickthru's stuff like that generates. rather than spam, i'd think it is more like poaching.
I think you're being injurious to Burt Young to suggest this without evidence.
Googling tpraja reveals what appears to be a spammer that for some reason is pushing indian products in general, byindia.com in particular, and for some reason a website attributed to Burt Young.
My guess is that Burt Young did not spam you, but that somehow the company that built his website (assuming that is his) had a connection that eventually reached to tpraja who thinks this is an appropriate act.
Saying Burt Young spammed you is identical to saying that Dick Cheney outed a CIA agent when really it was Scooter, or even that George W. Bush outed a CIA agent, when really it was Ari, Scooter, and Armitage, people that work beneath him.
There is also the possibility the site is not Young's (or is Young's but has been hijacked) and is being used by tpraja to spread viruses, spam, or steganography.
I think you should correct your headline to prevent further harm to Burt Young.
I don't know if Rocky dies in the last one, I just think Stallone has promised no more Rocky movies.
The oldest heavyweight champion of the world ever was George Foreman, who was 45 when he regained the championship.
Stallone was born in 1946, which makes him three years older than Foreman is now, and 15 or 16 years older than Foreman was when regained the title, so it's probably a good idea for him to quit the ring, and stick with safer things like jungle warfare.
Here are some quotes from the last Rocky movie that might interest a law professor.
Rocky Balboa: Yo, don't I got some rights? Boxing Commissioner: What rights do you think you're referring to? Rocky Balboa: Rights, like in that official piece of paper they wrote down the street there? Boxing Commissioner: That's the Bill of Rights. Rocky Balboa: Yeah, yeah. Bill of Rights. Don't it say something about going after what makes you happy? Boxing Commissioner: No, that's the pursuit of happiness. But what's your point Rocky Balboa: My point is I'm pursuing something and nobody looks too happy about it.
I shouldn't consider it is spam, because I have own blogs, every one commented here with links. If any comments in my blog means it becomes popular....

I wouldn't call that spam. It was only to one thread, right? And it is arguably on-topic for that thread.
It may be an unwanted promotional/advertising comment, but it is not what I consider spam.

If I had a blog, and this showed up on it, I'd consider it comment spam.
(And who is Burt Young? No, I'm not going to click.)

Did Rocky die in the last movie?
Now, I'm sad... contingently. I liked Rocky... in that one movie I saw him in.
If you consider spam the online equivalent of junk mail, then the answer is definately yes.
And I can pretty much guarantee that if you write a post mentioning nuclear energy James Aach will show up promoting his free online novel.
Friends owe!

Someone stole "reality check" and replaced him with a clever parody!
