I arrived too late to this multi-multi-act production to understand it all but did you notice the post on that blog is classed under keyword "losers"?
I suggest you re-read the thread you linked to, and account how many posts are about you versus how many are about Rudy, and then re-assess the "Righties into the vortex!" opinion.

There's a vortex there but I don't think you have anything to do with it. :) That place represents everything that's wrong with the right.

Anyway, that comment thread on Free Republic should give heart attacks to some of the usual Althouse complainers.

We haters are justly beaten. If there are commenters at the Free Republic who find Ann too liberal, then she must be smack dab in the political center. There's no two ways about it, as far as I can see.

ASX - no, but there's a vortex at the center of the galaxy, and that seems important enough for any one person. ;)
