Such are the crimes of the poor working men of Dubai.

If the gummint can plant cameras all over town to spy on its citizens, why shouldn't men be permitted to look at whatever they want to on the beach? Women have absolutely no right to select their gawkers in public places! And they have no right to interfere with a person's snapping their photo there either.

Wait. They are poor and indentured making $150 a month (when they get paid at all) but they can afford cell phones with cameras? Something doesn't sound right about that.

Yup. The poor in America drive cars too.

Basically, Dubai is trying to build a first-world oasis in a third-world desert (literally and figuratively). I doubt it will work.
