Girls' night out.

Harriet Miers, Condoleezza Rice, and (former agriculture secretary) Ann M. Veneman have a regular girls' night out -- AKA "G.N.O." -- but since there's "a pinkie swear that what goes on at the table stays at the table," there's nothing juicy in the NYT article about it.

Why do I think that the men are envisioning sleep-overs, baby doll jammies and pillow fights?

I'm seeing some cutting jokes and comments about various staffers and Cabinet heads and maybe even the big boss himself - these are powerful women you know! I bet they really snicker about some of their colleagues, i.e. Toady Rove.
C: Karly had brown clear up to his eyebrows yesterday.
H: (snicker snicker) you should have seen it on him last Friday - oh my God! and was Georgie ever lapping it up!
A: I'm surprised the media hasn't commented on his trotting after George, like a lap dog!

Wow--baby doll jammies! I remember those (also those frou-frou, fully mule-type slippers)! You mean, someone still makes them? They used to be everywhere, but I haven't seen any in years.
