Water bears directly on the quality of beer. Natural variations in the minerals contained in water make very significant differences in a beer recipe brewed in different regions.

I can brew the exact recipe for Grolsch, or Bass, or any number of different famous beer styles here in the midwest, the recipes are well known. But unless I adjust my water profile to at least come close to that naturally found in the region that the beer originates my end product will be completely different.

Brew Masterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07568809558055900016noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6329595.post-59832894874478592272012-12-12T12:47:29.230-06:002012-12-12T12:47:29.230-06:00What about selling in containers smaller than cask...What about selling in containers smaller than casks?

You know ... caskettes?Chip S.https://www.blogger.com/profile/13210586187250159751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6329595.post-35800940665497294272012-12-12T12:31:03.340-06:002012-12-12T12:31:03.340-06:00monks making casks: good
