The figure of 100,000 is an obvious lie - even the Gazans don't claim that many - and most of those killed were actively trying to kill Israelis, which makes them legitimate targets. If some were under 18, and most were not wearing uniforms, that doesn't make killing them a war crime: it makes them war criminals, whether they are killed or not.
As for invading Lebanon, the actual Lebanese are grateful that Israel is helping them finally get rid of the Palestinians who have been occupying their land, murdering and oppressing them, ever since they were kicked out of Jordan for trying to kill King Hussein.

Case in point. Normal countries at war carefully distinguish their military and civilian casualties. Ukraine does not reveal the number of their military casualties, but they do not pretend that those deaths are war crimes, except when they are murdered after surrendering, as often happens. They do keep close track of civilians killed by Russian bombs, missiles, and drones, the vast majority of which are war crimes, since the Russians make a point of bombing businesses in the day time, apartment buildings at night, and trains and buses traveling their routes full of passengers.
Have the Palestinians ever listed any of their dead as legitimate targets of Israel, soldiers killed in battle?
