4.Cutting taxes, increase gov spending, start a war, raise tariffs - of course there is inflation. I know the Althousian economists say there is no inflation, or whatever, but I am a reality based consumer.

There is an election wipeout coming. If you don't believe me, place some wages on a positive D outcome so you can at least have some profits to go along with R electoral wipeouts.

It was funny that AOC literally brought this up in her ABC interview. She said, and I quote, "Woke 1 was crazy." With a grin she said that.

The damn reporter (Jonathan Karl) didn't explore that comment.

I know, after the election, that AOC dropped her pronouns. She didn't say anything, she just did it. It used to be in her bio ("she" and "her") and then after Trump's successful election on that very issue, she took them out.

"So what was crazy about Woke 1?" is the follow-up question a reporter might ask, if he was chasing a story, actually wanted information, or wanted to be interesting. AOC went on to say there were a lot of interesting conversations and it was very helpful and good. He just lets that opportunity slide right on by. (Like he was crazy too and doesn't want to talk about it!)

The first 10 minutes of that interview, I swear Karl is talking to AOC like she's his daughter and he is so proud of her. It's a full 10 minutes before he gets to the Republican menace. "You know they're going to call you Communist." And he runs this montage of Republicans warning the USA about the Communist threat. And he actually goes through the DSA platform, and asks her if she believes in that stuff. And AOC says, simply, "No."

This is the route Obama took, right? He established himself on the hard left. Had all these Commie friends and associates, including Bill Ayers, the Weatherman terrorist nutjob, and his preacher who hated the USA. And then, as he ran for president, he moderated and cut himself off from these old Commie associates, so that he could obtain power.

This is AOC's path. She has established herself as the new Bernie. She is to the left of the do-nothing Democrat establishment. She's never been to the USSR (like Bernie) and she does not look like a crazy old man (like Bernie). On TV, anyway, she is highly attractive. (Contrast her TV appearance with her ungainly and silly "freezing my eggs" video).

Karl asks her if she's running for president in 2028, or running for Senator Schumer's seat in New York. And she doesn't answer either of those questions. Chuck Schumer has not announced yet if he's running for re-election in 2028. Schumer is 75 and he is a seriously wounded duck.

She's not a Communist and it would be a mistake to call her one. Obama was more of a Commie than she is, and he wasn't a Commie, either. The metaphor I would use is Bill Clinton and marijuana. Obama smoked (Communism) but he didn't inhale. AOC smoked (Communism) but she didn't inhale.

And the most dangerous part of AOC for Republicans is that she is harnessing the youth vote and the youth anger, while she's young, attractive (on TV), and joyful and happy.

She could definitely pull an Obama and win the White House, if things break right for her. Vance identified her as the Democrat who might be the nominee. I think he's right. But a perhaps more likely scenario is for her to run for the New York Senate seat in 2028. And then run for the White House in 2032. That was Obama's path. And JFK's. And Bobby Kennedy. First you make a quick trip to the Senate, and then go. On the other hand, if you want to harness all that anti-Trump hatred, 2028 is the time for a change. Right?; 11/8/26, 3:59 am

It’s becoming clear that many people do not have a “line in the sand,” past which they will not go politically.
I am seeing people:
- supporting known terrorist groups.
- voting for people that do not want police helping you, nor jails to hold murderers or rapists.
- shrugging their shoulders at the rapes of over a quarter of a million women.
- accepting leaders who subscribe to marrying children and raping them (“consummation”).
- taking people’s private property.
The list goes on.

The fact that these people haven’t all said, “Nope. Stop here. I’m done. Not going there,” is proof they are mentally ill. I will not tolerate them if they appear to have zero personal moral code. It’s inhuman.

The reason I think she's probably intersex (she has traits from both sexes) is that she passed strict tests for the Olympic games. The Olympics really enforces this stuff, because of issues with steroids and East German swimmers (I think). And the Olympics allowed Griner to compete. Which means she passed whatever DNA tests they have. Lia Thomas, on the other hand, has been barred from women's athletics.

Because the intentional and political acts of Joe Biden caused the deaths of hundreds of people at the hands of illegal aliens; people who shouldn’t have been in the United States in the first place. In the law, that’s called the proximate cause. But for Joe Biden’s sinful decision these people would be alive today.

You know some of the names. Laken Riley of Georgia and Sheridan Gorman of Chicago are just two that we know of. We don’t know the thousands of names of those who were raped on the way to the US with many of them turned into sex slaves.

Maybe God can calculate the evil Joe Biden intentionally inflicted on people. These people have and had souls. They had human dignity. I certainly can’t put a number on it, but it was enormous. But God will get His chance to judge.

Joe Biden’s attitude as to the victims was that they were collateral damage in his path to power. He dehumanized them. Just as Blacks were treated as chattel slaves, Joe Biden viewed his victims as less human than himself.

Joe, being the politician that he is, will tell God. “Do you know that I was President of the United States of America? The most powerful man in the Universe!”

God, “And I’m God. The Creator and I’m your judge. I’m in charge here and there is no appeal or due process. And you used your powers for evil. You made your bed and are now going to lie in it.”

“And for what? To steal elections, get rich and provide cheap labor for your political donors.”

Joe, “But I’m good old Joe from Scranton. And I’m Catholic!”

God, “Cut the crap. All humans are equal here. You don’t know a thing about Catholicism. And because you were nominally Catholic, I’m sending you to the lowest level of Hell for eternity. I switched to a 3 a day with a run and 5-8 sets to failure on full body movement in the morning, a rowing/running session in the afternoon, and a hyrox set after work.

I am doing this on the theory that it is how much time you spend sedentary that matters, not how intense your workouts are.

It doesn't make you breathe hard nor feel like exercise. The unit comes with four 2x2 sticky pads which are reusable. The device itself has a number of different settings on the pulse width and the pulse frequency. The wider the pulse, the deeper the penetration into your muscles. I use mine on Burst mode so that it turns on and off every couple seconds. This makes it feel like a massage.

Because I also do regular Rolfing (also known as structural integration and or deep tissue massage) sessions, I know where all of my major knots are that cause discomfort after overuse. These are the areas that I Target with the TENS unit.

It takes a bit of experience and patience to learn the difference between destructive pain and good pain. For instance, pain signals are just electrical signals and sometimes you have to learn to relax into the pain to break through the sticky part that's causing it in the first place. This is where a very highly toned vagus nerve system is important. If you can train your body to channel the pain signals through the vagus nerve rather than the sympathetic nervous system, it is much more tolerable and doesn't cause adrenaline and cortisol to be flooded into your bloodstream.

Also, there is the complications from referred pain. You think that your knee has a problem, but it's actually due to something else going on in another part of your leg or maybe even in your torso somewhere. Lem, I'm going to second what Howard said, group motivation is a lot easier than motivating yourself. F3 (founded in my home, Charlotte) thinks "fellowship" is a key component to working out (the other two are "faith" and "fitness").

Jesus would often go off by himself to pray and meditate. But he also informed us that the Holy Spirit shows up when "two or more gather in my name." Matthew 18:20. My church does meditation exercises and it's considered a deeply spiritual part of Christianity.

Nothing wrong with doing it by yourself (Jesus spent 40 days in the wilderness fasting and praying by himself). But if you're worried about your interest flagging, seek out like minds.

I use a similar device from NeuroMD. It's a Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) device. I have Spinal Stenosis, a malady caused by the narrowing of the spinal canal. The narrowing pinches the spine and the nerves that run down your legs and to the feet. Standing and walking become difficult, although there is no pain when sitting or laying down/sleeping. The pain severity comes and goes. The biggest thing for me is the muscle numbing and weakness, and the instability. I've fallen several times. The NMES machine is supposed to wake up the muscle that supports the spine and alleviate the problem. I hope so...; 11/8/26, 7:19 am

Many of them were prescribed TENS units by their doctors. My overriding impression was that they either didn't do much at all, or worked for short-term therapy, post surgery and the like, in conjunction with active PT. Howard ने कहा…: Good question Breezy. As an athlete, pain tolerance without stress hormones is less fatiguing. I still feel pain, but only react to the damaging kind, like when I ran over my foot with a pallet jack the other day. After the initial intensive reaction, I was able to calm down quickly, relax and calmly evaluate the damage, which was minimal. My overall goal is to stay cool under pressure.

On a similar note, I have reset my carbon dioxide sensitivity by doing intensive intermittent hypoxic training. Having subdued this warning system, I do have to be careful not to overdo it and risk shallow water blackout.; 11/8/26, 1:31 pm
