"What Trump did NOT do was even purport to show a single ineligible voter voted in the 2020 election, or..."

"... that any voting machines were actually compromised, voting machines or voter registration databases breached, or election results inaccurately reported. Overall, this was an underwhelming announcement delivered with low energy that changes nothing about how state and local election administrators should run elections. If his government had actual evidence of noncitizen voting, there would be indictments; Trump has been hounding US attorneys to bring such cases, and the fact that he hasn’t shows that these claims likely have no legs.... He also did not offer anything new by way of policy proposals...."

Writes Rick Hasen, in "Trump’s Underwhelming Announcement on Voting Does Not Even Purport to Show That Any Illegal Votes Were Cast in the 2020 Election or That Voting Machines Have Been Hacked or Vote Totals Inaccurate; He Also Made a Pitch to Pass the SAVE America Act But Offered No New Federal Mandates" (Election Law Blog).

See for yourself:

He started off as if he really wanted to give a State of the Union speech:
Before we begin, I'm proud to report that our country is safer, stronger, and far wealthier than it has ever been before. We are doing great. Less than two years ago, we inherited an economic and social disaster after the worst inflation in 48 years. The wide open borders with millions and millions of people pouring in from all over the world, including criminals of all types and 11,888 murderers, many of whom killed more than one person. We had transgender for everybody, men and women sports, crime ravaging our cities, and the whole world was laughing at us as a nation. But not anymore. Two years ago, our country was dead.

This was the point in the speech where I started repeating lines out loud: Our country was dead!

Now we are the hottest country anywhere in the world. America is respected like we have never been respected before....

The hottest country!

This week it was announced that inflation saw the largest monthly decline in more than six years.... The tax cuts in our great big beautiful bill are saving hardworking families thousands and thousands of dollars....

He's touting his achievements, going down a list. I lost hope that the big announcement would be big but I kept watching. 20 minutes in:

We won in Venezuela.... We are likewise winning big in Iran....

Who is still watching at this point? Are they groaning? Are there Trump fans, somewhere in America, who feel boosted and proud?

You have to trust your country because if there can be no trust, there can be no greatness. And that's very simple. No trust, no greatness....

Did the Russia Hoax crowd produce a single fraudulent vote due to "Russian interference"? Regardless, if even half of what Trump is saying is true it's obviously very complicated and likely won't hinge on a smoking gun of any sort. This will take some time to sort out and it's just begun.

ABC, NBC and CNN fell right into the trap by refusing to air Trump's speech. Instead of people watching it and tuning it out, because it was just too Trumpy, they actually got people wondering what was in the speech that these networks felt shouldn't be heard by the public. That way, more people will go and find the summarization of what Trump said, which is much easier to assimilate.

Now that there has been time for the regular leftist clowns that haunt the comments to make their remarks. Let's remind them that 10 years ago, they demanded dozens of investigations, spent over $30 million on those investigations, and wanted to impeach the President, all based on a phony "dossier" written by a former British spy that claimed Russia interfered with US elections.

Today, they don't care about the evidence that China interfered and the same intelligence service personnel that claimed the "Steele Dossier" was real tried to hide the Chinese interference at the same time.

Christopher B કહ્યું...

mindnumbrobot, of more significance than whether there were any Russian fraudulent votes in 2016 is the widespread belief among Democrats that Russia manipulated the vote to ensure Trump won. The fact that Democrat leaders don't spend any time countering that belief, and more often than not reinforce it with claims Trump 45 was 'illegitimate' simply reinforces the perception they know they benefit from a broken election system.

Hasen is naive or deceptive if he thinks federal judges actually convict anyone of voting illegally. Say you're a felon or non-citizen and are recorded as voting. All you have to do is say that someone else voted and used your name. And the orchestrators of election fraud? How do you pin the guilt on one person? You'd need other witnesses or physical evidence. And you'd need that physical evidence to get anyone to roll over on accomplices. No, there may have been election fraud, but convicting anyone for it is very hard to do.

Original Mike કહ્યું...

"No, there may have been election fraud, but convicting anyone for it is very hard to do."

Which is why the system needs to be designed to prevent it from happening in the first place.

Federal judges bent over backwards to continue to prosecute Trump’s first head of NSA on the basis he worked with Russia to steal an election from Hillary Clinton. “It's not necessary to believe in a specific instance of US voter fraud or system corruption to realize that the current system falls far short of the standard one required of any professional database. Essentially there should be an indexed table of voters with primary keys and a transaction log of their votes related by foreign key to elections. The fact that this is so hard to implement suggests there is great pressure not to make it secure.

Creating a technically secure voting system is not the hard part. Wanting one is.”

John henry કહ્યું...

A number of people here and elsewhere, Including PDJT himself in the speech, have commented that NBC and ABC did not carry it.

I started watching it on my phone on the White House Channel then found that CBS was carrying it. I had not even known I got CBS on cable!

There were 2 things of note:

1) The CBS feed was on about a 5 second delay from the White House. Normally I would put this to the vagaries of internet and cable. BUT:

2) When president Trump got to the part about the Networks and reporters they cut, in midsentence, to a couple of presstitutes talking about what PDJT had said so far.

So now I am wondering if the delay is like some talk shows have. The show would be on 7 second delay with someone listening and if a guest used a naughty word, they could cut it before it got on air.

Was this CBS delay censorship or just coincidence.

I'm going with censorship. It was just too convenient to be coincidence.

Re the "good Germans"

Unlike the US, virtually all the world, including Germany in the 1930s was and is unarmed. Gun ownership in Europe is less than 10%, probably closer to 2-4% of the US. Claude put 1930s Germany at about 1-2%.

So even if the so-called "Good Germans" had wanted to resist, they had no means to do so. there were no guardrails at all on govt behavior. As we see in in Europe and England today.

Several writers have speculated in the past, thoough not here that I recall, what a different world it would have been had Germans been armed so that the Gestapo would have had to worry about a significant portion of people shooting it out rather than going peacably.

If that had been the case, how many of the 12mm murdered int eh National Socialist death camps would have survived?

I do not advocate nor do I predict an armed uprising in the US. I am merely pointing out that we have the capacity, with something like 2 guns for every civilian and hundreds of millions of rounds of ammunition.

Also, millions (10s of mm?) of people as competent as most US Army snipers at concealment and hitting living targets from hundreds of yards. When snipers are civilian, we call them hunters.

The APPEARANCE of impropriety itself is powerful. In a system built on trust, it is not enough to not have something be wrong, you must foster and steward an environment that demonstrates trustworthiness.

While Trump's claims fall short of demonstrating outright voting fraud, that's not the point. The voting system NEEDS to have an appearance (and actuality) of rock solid integrity. And it doesn't. It doesn't stand up to basic auditability. Look at the 2000 election, look at the technological advancements made since then, and look at where we are today. Look at the claims, look at the guilty verdicts in voter fraud cases in Georgia and elsewhere.

For the 2020 election, the statute of limitations has run out for federal charges. That means state charges, where the SOL hasn’t run out. Imagine Fulton County (GA) DA Fani Willis indicting anyone for the election fraud in her county in 2020. Yes, the same Fani Willis who indicted Trump on four bogus charges. It’s seriously like wolves (or more likely coyotes) protecting the henhouse.

But evidence of massive fraud has already come out for AZ and GA, in both cases putting hundreds of thousands of votes in question, more than 10x Biden’s margin Of victory in those states, plus giving the Dems four Senate seats. MI appears to be now breaking. That only means that PA and WI, of the big 5, remain.

It’s silly, at this point to claim no evidence of voter fraud affecting the 2020 election. It’s there. It’s out. It’s just that it is being actively suppressed by the MSM and the DEMs.

The specific claim about a hotel and voting machines being online comes from a report by former Wisconsin Special Counsel Michael Gableman. The report alleged that CTCL consultant Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein worked from a room at the Hyatt Regency in Green Bay, and that election equipment was connected through it via passwords given to the team by state employees. This is another widely discussed event that was smothered by the press by a pillow.

The press says China is innocent, but China did hack the voter data. From 2016 on we were covered in reporting concerning how Russia elected Trump due to Hillary’s lies but now Democrats say China did nothing, China is not as smart as Russian, ehh.

@johnddavidson
In his speech last night, Trump mentioned an election fraud scheme uncovered in Michigan, in which a voter registration company in Muskegon handed out gift cards to canvassers to file fake voter registrations.

What most people don’t realize is how common this is among Democrats. A much less widely-reported story from 2020, which we covered at
@FDRLST
, was a vote-buying scheme on Indian reservations in Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada.

Democrat GOTV operatives would hand out pre-paid gas and gift cards to members of a reservation if they produced evidence that they had voted. Or they would be eligible for “raffles” of flat-screen TVs and other goods of they showed they had voted.

As I reported at the time: “Under the guise of a get-out-the-vote campaign, these nonprofit groups were bribing tribal members to vote, offering them gift cards, electronics, and other “prizes” in exchange for proof that they voted. They documented these efforts through their own social media channels, either unaware or unconcerned that what they were doing directly violates federal election laws.”

Americans need to understand that these are standard tactics of Democrat GOTV operations, and without consequences for those who commit these crimes, these tactics will play a major role in 2026 and 2028.

Bruce Hayden writes: "It’s silly, at this point to claim no evidence of voter fraud affecting the 2020 election. It’s there. It’s out."

Statute-of-limitations doesn’t validate the fraud claim. Multiple state and federal investigations found no proof of widespread, outcome-changing fraud in 2020.

Courts (including Trump appointees and Republican officials) dismissed hundreds of post-election suits for lack of credible evidence — not because of a partisan cover-up.

Claims that Arizona and Georgia have “hundreds of thousands” of questionable votes are contradicted by recounts, audits, and official certifications; the high-profile Maricopa “audit” did not produce reproducible evidence overturning results.

Isolated errors and anomalies occur in every election; they aren’t the same as coordinated, systemic fraud sufficient to change outcomes. No credible chain-of-custody, authenticated data, or corroborated affidavits have proven such coordination.

Accusing the MSM and Democrats of suppressing evidence is unfalsifiable rhetoric that shifts the burden of proof. Extraordinary claims require verifiable, litigable evidence — which hasn’t been produced.

Indefinitely Extended Excursion™️ કહ્યું...

Bruce Hayden wrote: "Evidence is out there, just suppressed" -- is the tell. If it existed at scale, Republican state officials, Trump's DOJ, private audits, and 60+ lawsuits would have surfaced it. They didn't—because it doesn't. MSM bias exists, but so does the right-wing media ecosystem pushing unproven claims for years (2,000 Mules, duplicate ballots misread, statistical "anomalies" debunked by political scientists as normal voting patterns).

Biden won with 306 EVs. Trump and allies had every incentive and opportunity to prove otherwise in real time. They failed because the fraud wasn't massive—it was a normal (if messy, COVID-era) election with safeguards that worked. Pretending otherwise after audits, courts, and GOP officials' own findings isn't skepticism; it's denialism that erodes trust without basis. The "henhouse" was protected by bipartisan processes, not wolves.

I keep seeing mention of mail-in ballots that were never folded to put into an envelope for mailing. Seems like that would be hard to fake. How do you unfold a ballot so that it looks like it's never been folded?

Gospace કહ્યું...

If you have no way to determine which ballots have been illegally cast and recount all the ballots, you'll get the same number. Every time. Ballots were illegally cast. How many? No direct evidence exists of that BECAUSE no one has ever had standing to look for it because they have no proof because they haven't been allowed to look....

If there were more illegal ballots cast then the vote difference between candidates- then the entire election should be rerun.

And a reminder- in the last year Democrats have uncovered voter fraud- in Democrat run primaries in Democrat states... And I can't easily find it now, but a judge in NYC ordered all the primary ballots for one race be delivered to his court because of shenanigans going on.

When ForTheLoveOfLice attempts to refute Milo by quoting three Trump statements from 2020, wasting our time by putting them in three separate comments, is he

a. Too stupid to understand Milo's statement in context?

b. Too dishonest to admit that he knows he has not refuted it, but hoping some of us will be stupid enough to believe him?

c. So thoroughly stupid and dishonest that it's impossible to tell?

I lean towards 'c'.

If you oppose requiring ID to vote or auditing the results of an election, you are enabling cheating. Even if that's not your intention.

Foreign acquisition of voter data, questionable registrations, outdated voter rolls and system vulnerabilities can all warrant investigation and reform. But evidence that something could be exploited is not evidence that it was exploited successfully, much less that it changed the presidency."

This is from Ronald J. Ward, far up-thread. You other lefties, read it and weep: RJW, who seems to me to be a pretty avowed socialist (RJW, if I'm mischaracterizing your position, please let me know) and who certainly is adamantly opposed to Trump, recognizes the problems with our election system - I'll add, by implication from the COVID era to the present.

He is correct that evidence of an available exploit isn't the same as evidence that it was exploited. And Biden (or at any rate "Biden") was president for 4 years, making the question of whether the exploits were exploited in 2020 moot. (The question of the sordid relationship between the IC and media plus social media, I will set aside for now - even though it's now well documented and DID tip the election to a dementia patient.)

The question is, why are you lefties - why are all Democrats, apparently - so eager to keep the exploits available, under the silly guise of "you have no 2020 proof!"? This is about American elections going forward now, and about American confidence in our elections. If we're simply going to "hold elections," like having a talent show or a high school musical, that superficially look like elections but after which more than half the country doesn't believe the result, even if most of that half just resignedly turns off the TV and settles in for another two to four years of being ruled by a politburo, what is the point of us?

“Statute-of-limitations doesn’t validate the fraud claim. Multiple state and federal investigations found no proof of widespread, outcome-changing fraud in 2020.”

“Courts (including Trump appointees and Republican officials) dismissed hundreds of post-election suits for lack of credible evidence — not because of a partisan cover-up.”

No. Most of the cases were dismissed for jurisdictional reasons - mostly for Lack of Standing. Nobody essentially had Standing until just this year, when SCOTUS determined that the candidates themselves did.

Of the few cases that actually had some evidence, it was statistical? Why? Because that was all that there was time for. There were maybe 7 weeks between the election and January 6, when the electors in the Electoral College voted. After that time, any case would be Moot, Since Congress had, by then, certified the election of Biden. And it takes months to go through all the envelopes to see who supposedly voted, and who legally couldn’t, but did anyway.

If you think that there were that many decisions on the merits, and esp before 1/6/21, please enlighten us by citing the cases.

MSM bias exists, but so does the right-wing media ecosystem pushing unproven claims for years (2,000 Mules, duplicate ballots misread, statistical "anomalies" debunked by political scientists as normal voting patterns).”

“Biden won with 306 EVs. The "henhouse" was protected by bipartisan processes, not wolves.”

No. Your 60+ lawsuits wouldn’t have found the fraud. Most of them found nothing - because they were dismissed for Standing and other jurisdictional grounds. And anything after 1/6/21 would have been moot. And the very few cases that had anything approaching an evidentiary hearing, it was a preliminary hearing, where Republicans introduced statistical data showing that there must have been fraud, and your Dem “Political Scientists” merely had to refute it, no matter how credibly. That meant that these cases needed a real trial to determine facts, and after 1/6/21, the case was (with all the others) moot.

If these elections had been anything close to bipartisan, the Dems wouldn’t have thrown all of the Republicans out of the room, while ballot validity was being determined.

@ Bruce Hayden re 2:28 am:
No, that's a selective rewrite that dodges the actual record.

Courts didn't just wave away cases on "jurisdictional reasons" or lack of standing. Dozens were examined on the merits—with hearings, evidence, and rulings—and rejected because the claims of outcome-determinative fraud were unsubstantiated. Conservative sources like the "Lost, Not Stolen" report (by former Sen. John Danforth and conservative judges/lawyers including Ted Olson and Ben Ginsberg) reviewed 64 cases in key states: 30 had hearings on the merits, 20 dismissed pre-hearing, 14 voluntarily dropped by plaintiffs. Trump and allies won one minor Pennsylvania case involving too few votes to matter.

Specific pre-Jan. 6 examples decided against Trump on substance (not just standing):Wisconsin Supreme Court (Trump v. Biden, Dec. 14, 2020): Rejected claims on "indefinitely confined" voters on the merits (plus laches for others).

Pennsylvania cases: State courts and the 3rd Circuit (Trump v. Boockvar lineage, Nov. 2020) rejected signature/curing and observer claims; Judge Bibas (Trump appointee) called arguments "strained... speculative accusations" unsupported by evidence.

Nevada (Law v. Whitmer, Dec. 4, 2020): Election contest dismissed after plaintiffs failed to prove device malfunctions, illegal votes, or malfeasance sufficient to change results.

Arizona and others: Similar rejections for weak/hearsay evidence.

Federal judges (including Trump appointees) and state courts across the board found no widespread fraud. Over 60 losses total, with ~30+ on merits. Republican-appointed judges issued many of these rulings.

The "only 7 weeks" excuse is convenient but weak. Campaigns had pre-election lawsuits, access to observers, audits, recounts (Georgia's hand recount), and state processes. "Statistical" evidence was often just anomalies without chain-of-custody proof of illegal ballots flipping the election. Courts repeatedly said: specific allegations + proof required, not speculation. Post-certification mootness is how elections work—otherwise every loser could litigate forever.

Recent SCOTUS candidate standing rulings (e.g., 2026 Bost case on mail ballots) don't retroactively validate 2020 claims; they address prospective challenges. Back then, plaintiffs (including states like Texas) failed standing and substance in key filings.

The cases failed because the evidence didn't hold up—not because time ran out or judges hid. Pretending otherwise ignores the bipartisan judicial consensus, including from Trump-appointed judges who demanded proof and got none.

Indefinitely Extended Excursion™️ કહ્યું...

@ Bruce Hayden re: 2:51 am:
No, this is still narrative coping, not facts.

Dismissing 60+ cases as mere "standing" or "jurisdictional" ignores reality. Conservative analyses (e.g., "Lost, Not Stolen") of 64 key-state cases: 30 had hearings on the merits, where evidence was tested. Trump allies won one trivial Pennsylvania case (too few votes to matter) and lost the rest. Courts—including Republican judges and Trump appointees—didn't just shrug; they reviewed affidavits, stats, and claims and called them speculative, hearsay, or unsupported.

Examples of actual evidentiary review pre-1/6: Nevada (Law v. Whitmer): Full contest with depositions/hearing; plaintiffs failed to prove illegal votes, malfunctions, or malfeasance changed anything.

Arizona (Ward v. Jackson): Evidence inspected; duplication errors were human mistakes at ~99.45% accuracy, not fraud. Court rejected.

Michigan/Wisconsin/Pennsylvania: Multiple rulings (e.g., Judge Brann, R appointee: "Frankenstein’s Monster" of strained arguments, no proof). Statistical "anomalies" didn't survive scrutiny without chain-of-custody proof of illegal ballots flipping states.

Preliminary hearings aren't some dodge—plaintiffs must show likelihood of success. They didn't. "Real trials" post-1/6 were moot because electors certified and Congress counted. That's the constitutional timeline, not a conspiracy. Pre-election challenges and state processes existed; the campaign had months of prep.

Observers "thrown out" myth: Debunked. Detroit had hundreds of Republican challengers (over 200 at peaks, often outnumbering Democrats); limits applied to both parties when capacity hit legal max. Philadelphia: Trump lawyers admitted "non-zero" observers present in court; disputes were over distance, not exclusion. No evidence of systematic blocking that hid fraud—courts and officials (including Republicans) confirmed access.

Bipartisan? Election officials, judges (38+ Republican-appointed), state legislatures (GOP-controlled in key states), and audits/recounts (Georgia hand recount) all affirmed results. Fraud happened in tiny numbers—AP found <475 potential cases across battlegrounds, nowhere near outcome-determinative.

Statistical hand-waving and "Dems kicked out Republicans" folklore don't override evidence presented in court and found lacking. The cases failed on facts, not technicalities.

@Mr Hayden: As an attorney, you know better.

Over 60 post-election lawsuits, with ~30 merits hearings in key states, overwhelmingly failed. Courts—including Republican and Trump-appointed judges—found the fraud claims speculative and unsupported by credible evidence, not just dismissed on standing. Conservative analyses confirm this record. Observer-exclusion claims were litigated and rejected; hundreds of GOP challengers were present in major centers.

Publicly promoting these theories after exhaustive judicial rejection risks violating ethical duties (e.g., ABA Rule 3.1 on meritorious claims, Rule 3.3 candor) and Rule 11-type obligations. As officers of the court, you have a professional duty to uphold the rule of law, not erode public confidence in verified election outcomes.

Civically, attorneys have a heightened duty to uphold the rule of law and public confidence in our institutions—not erode them with narratives that dozens of judges, bipartisan election officials, audits, recounts, and even Trump’s own Attorney General and cybersecurity officials rejected. Democracy depends on accepting results when evidence fails to support challenges, not litigating endlessly until mootness or certification.

You’re free to hold personal skepticism, but as an attorney, you have an obligation to ground public statements in the record, not selective framing that ignores the consistent judicial outcomes. The republic is stronger when its lawyers defend the process that repeatedly tested—and sustained—the 2020 results, rather than reheating claims that failed their day in court.

Please show your work. A listing of those cases would be nice. A cite to the article(s) that you got this from would be minimal.

I don’t find your assertion credible, unless you are sweeping in cases from every podunk county in the country. There are five counties in the country where the fraud alleged (and now shown in two of them) was large enough to swing the 2020 elections. We are essentially talking about 10k and up of illegally counted ballots out of a million or so votes counted. Checking the provenance of a million ballots is logistically impossible in the two months between the election and counting of Electors on 1/6/21.

Maybe because of the logistics, another problem was that they were looking in the wrong place. Anything after the provenance of the ballots has been determined is irrelevant (except for chain of custody issues). If a first count shows Biden winning by 10k, a 2nd and a 3rd count will likely show essentially the same. Because you are just recounting the same post provenance ballots.

No, this framing still collapses under scrutiny. The "five counties" theory with 10k+ illegal ballots doesn't hold—it's the same unproven assertion repackaged, ignoring how elections actually work, what was checked, and what officials from both parties verified.
https://apnews.com/article/donald-trump-elections-arizona-phoenix-conspiracy-theories-d38321441bcd6cea58421f6871b4f74e

The "five counties" and "10k illegal ballots"
No credible evidence has ever shown 10k+ illegal ballots in any of those counties (or the "Big 5" states) that would flip results. Arizona (Maricopa): Biden's margin ~10.4k. Multiple hand counts, the GOP Senate's Cyber Ninjas audit, and AG investigations (Republican-led) confirmed the results. Signature mismatch extrapolations (e.g., the flawed 200k claim) are not "illegal ballots counted"—they're disputed reviews of curing processes that officials followed per state law. Actual potential fraud cases: tiny numbers, not thousands. No provenance failures flipping the outcome.
https://www.factcheck.org/2024/05/rubio-spreads-debunked-2020-election-fraud-claims/

Georgia (Fulton and others): Margin ~12k. Three statewide counts (machine, full hand risk-limiting audit, machine recount requested by Trump campaign) all matched. Duplicate images or batch errors were procedural/human mistakes identified and corrected during audits—not extra illegal votes. State investigators and grand juries: no widespread fraud or counterfeit ballots.
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2023/08/28/fulton-county-did-not-have-thousands-of-double-counted-ballots-fact-check/70681073007/

Claims of massive illegal ballots in MI, PA, WI followed the same pattern: alleged in lawsuits, zero substantiated at scale in court or audits. Total potential fraud referrals across battlegrounds were minuscule (hundreds, not tens of thousands), per AP reviews and state data
https://apnews.com/article/elections-pennsylvania-voting-donald-trump-presidential-elections-62d6c10553c94d27398103f370fe4226

Provenance, logistics, and timingProvenance was checked. Mail/absentee ballots require voter registration verification, signature matching (with curing periods), and chain-of-custody tracking before counting. These aren't random ballots dropped in a box— they're linked to registered voters.States conducted risk-limiting audits, canvassing, and certification processes that explicitly verify eligibility and chain of custody. Georgia's full hand audit of every ballot is a direct check on the physical ballots themselves.

Recounts/audits aren't "just counting the same fraudulent ballots." They involve visual inspection, signature re-verification where applicable, batch reconciliation, and cross-checks against voter rolls. Human errors occur, but systematic injection of 10k+ fakes would leave massive, detectable discrepancies (mismatched totals, poll book anomalies, chain breaks)—none materialized at that scale.
https://sos.ga.gov/page/2020-general-election-risk-limiting-audit

If provenance was so broken that 10k+ fakes slipped through undetected across multiple layers (registration, mailing, signature, tabulation, audits), it would require a conspiracy of thousands of officials, workers, and observers from both parties—yet no whistleblowers produced actionable proof, no smoking-gun documents emerged in years of probes, and audits matched certified tallies.

Recounts and audits are relevant precisely because they re-examine the ballots and processes. They didn't reveal the massive discrepancies needed for your scenario. Isolated issues exist in every election; scaling them to outcome-determinative fraud in specific counties requires evidence that was never delivered despite exhaustive efforts. The results held because the election was administered with normal safeguards—not because everyone just ignored fake ballots. Claims of swing-state fraud this large remain unsubstantiated after audits, investigations, and time.
