It is a tough line to draw between necessary rules and tyranny, between gratitude and homicidal hatred.
Enjoyable. That must be inspired by "Tim and Eric Awesome Show" or Tim and Eric are actually behind it. I think those are even a couple of their bit players.
It's like a David Lynch movie with a positive outlook.
The humor derives from the reality of the situation - getting a ticket - combined with the utter disconnect from the reality of urban parking enforcement, which is purely used for revenue, not societal improvement. Hahahaha. Now do HOA code enforcement!
