My sister and I were discussing this exact thing today and we were both disturbed and amazed that anyone who is upset over the deaths in Gaza would use this type of terrorism/hate crime to further their cause. What sort of person would think that attack/action would help the Gazan people? So many people are so disturbed and confused, it’s so disheartening. Bless and protect the victims of people with such disordered thinking.

As to the first part of your statement - 100% it means more to me that people are being attacked here in the US than in other parts of the world. Using your logic, we could never be upset about any violence here in the US because there are worse things going on in other parts of the world.
