Fake Jake's book tour is going so good that Fake is savaging libtard voters and using his kid for a shield. How long before he starts shouting "Free Palestine!" ?
The voters basically drove the police department out of Burlington, VT. Now people just don't go there, they shop in the suburbs. Who wants to park their car on the street when there is some guy working the cars, checking all of the doors, hoping to find one unlocked? In broad daylight, with no apparent concern?

Jake is having an increasingly negative experience in his current book tour. He’s pissing off the Left by breaking their cardinal rule and criticizing Democrats. He’d lost the Right years ago by virtue of his biased and nasty treatment of center to center-right guests on CNN. And now he’s completely lost the middle by trying to pull off the dumb act that he just couldn’t see Biden’s obvious decline because it wasn’t “confirmed by the White House.”
It was an effort doomed to fail. That now, not in the book but in his media tour, he is finally “naming names”is a tacit admission that the book is a sham, a fig leaf. He deserves ridicule from everyone.
Tapper is a proud member of the highest echelons of you f**kers in Washington. Who’s he trying to lid?

This is a big problem on the woke left. They imagine the worst in other people so by comparison they can feel good about themself as a 'good' person. It's a bit like how Don Quixote felt really good about himself for slaying all those giants. That being said, Jake Tapper is faker than a 3 dollar bill, and I suspect this is just part of his strategy to publicly move as far away from the woke left and institutional Democrats as he reasonably can to regain some sort of credibility and status.

Was that the real Jake Tapper then, or was he trying to affect the appearance of politically neutral patriot? I do think there are people who just dislike Trump at a visceral level, even among those who are on the Right, or have Rightish tendencies. But among those people, I think the underlying reason they dislike Trump so much is that he threatens their worldview of how things work. They tend to view the proper functioning of society as including a powerful and effective Government that can handle any issue and fix any problem so long as it gets the right funding and the right people. They tend to think of themself as the right people, or at least they run in the same social circle as the right people. I think Jake Tapper and others like him will always in their heart desire a big, powerful government that can deal with anything. I think it is common feeling among folks. Afterall Thomas Hobbes wrote his Leviathan before John Locke published his treatises.

Tapper’s wrong again. There’s not one single reason they are losing elections — the number of reasons is only countable in the Cantor sense. Dumping all over young white males cost them a lot of votes in the last election, and seems likely to cost them Gen Z going forward if they don’t reform, yes, and their particular, undeniable, disdain for working class and middle class people has given away to Trump what used to be their most solid base. But there’s also the hard core antisemitism — when I see Jews buying guns I think they are not going to support Democrats financially or as enthusiastically as in former days. The “Soros DAs” and cop-hatred are begging people to tag them as soft on crime, and their particular support for Hispanic gangs like Tren de Aragua and MS-13 has already cost them most of their Hispanic support and that will only get worse going forward.
And then there’s the corruption, and the open support for corruption.
But there’s another way in which Tapper’s wrong — by definition Democrat males are incels and incels don’t f**k.

Jake has a nice life because he was good at lying to people. He should celebrate his good fortune - a lot of people say the same things for free on social media. I'm guessing he won't be giving the money back, though.

My opinion is we should retire the "Trump broke them" trope and replace it with the more accurate catalyst analogy. Trump's presence causes broken people to self-identify by performing public acts of humiliating spectacularity!
People who become peace officers must be racially biased from the start, because it can't be that they form opinions based on their observations of and experience with the behavior and criminality of certain "communities" -- it just can't be.
My first instinct would be to fact check whether Tapper even has a 15-year-old son.

My own career choice made long ago was based on the idea that I liked to help people solve problems. I was lucky and found a way to that. It made for a satisfying life. I'm pulling for Jake Tapper's kid to have a better life than his father--who didn't help a single blessed soul solve a problem, and as far as I can tell didn't help anyone else.
I'm sorry but his Road to Damascus conversion will not be complete until he confesses his active participation in the Biden affair and names names, no more off the record. I don't believe he would have the right to hide the names of people on 1st amendment grounds because:
-Even Clergy are limited to the secrets they can hold when confessing a crime
-I think you can make a case that holding information of immediate interest until it is no longer temporally relevant to make a buck, is commerce not journalism.
If you've been "Agent Smith" for 20 years, you're better off taking the blue pill.
You're at the point where the red pill will do you no good and only confuse people.
So, am I supposed to feel sorry for Tapper? He and his ilk created that monster, now they have to live with it. Has anyone said to him, in any of these interviews about this book, "Hey, YOU'RE responsible for this. You treat democrats with kid gloves, and refuse to press them with hard questions and investigations. YOU want it this way!"
Once his kid has to shoot some ghetto dweller they'll be calling him worse than that.
