I guarantee that they started pumping him up with drugs at least 30 minute to an hour before it was supposed to start. But you can't just load him up with the full dose right off the bat.
First of all every day is different so the dose will vary even for the same person on a day to day basis.
Second of all his intestinal tract is not going to cooperate. He is going to have diarrhea and his blood will be variable in thickness and sugar levels. The drugs they use to boost his cognitive performance take time to get to the correct places.

One of the symptoms of Parkinson's is speaking in a loud whisper rather than a normal voice. This makes Biden quite unsettling. He alternates between whispering and shouting, with little in between, so he alternates between appearing frail and appearing unhinged. When he is unhinged mode, he can get pretty scary, especially when he talks about the war in Ukraine.

I do think this performance is good enough for Biden to survive a little bit longer. Still, the Democratic donors will end him because he cannot be an effective mouthpiece anymore. That makes Trump supporters feel hostile toward Biden and his policies and the likely result will be that the failure to meet Armed Forces reruiting quotas will continue. The left isn't going to make up that shortfall. Then, the Ukraine is not in Nato. Biden should be selling people on supporting Ukraine but again he's insulting Trump and the right on the issue and the opposition to that war will continue. (I believe we should be in the Ukraine but I can assure you Biden has done nothing up till now to help people like me sell it to the right.) we're in danger and Biden is dividing us further. We should look at what Biden's saying and whether he ralled support for Nato with all his insults hurled at the right.

He is NOT my commander in chief. From 1967-75 the then president was. Hasn't been since I got discharged. He is the commander in chief of the military, nobody else.
Nor is he my governor, director, lord lieutenant or other similar position in charge of me.

Most obvious problem for this fake President is the fixed eyes stare showing that he is either drugged, demon possessed or both.
