Earlier that day, before news of [Iran's attack on Israel] broke, at a “breakout session” on “the anti-war movement,” Shabbir Rizvi, an organizer with Anti-War Committee Chicago, taught participants how to chant “death to Israel” and “death to America” in Farsi.
“Marg bar Israel,” he chanted, leading a group of about 80 attendees along with him. A man draped in a Soviet flag bearing a gold hammer and sickle clapped his hands.
A man in a full black denim outfit shouted out behind his N95—“Can we get a ‘marg bar America’?”
“We can get a ‘marg bar America,’ ” Rizvi replied.
Then Rizvi raised his hand in the air, leading the crowd like a conductor.
“Marg bar America,” they cheered.....

2) Althouse enjoys long, early morning walks, dogs not her own, landscape photography, formidable road trips, homegrown garlic, anthropomorphic rat caricatures, and the Monkees.
3) She drives an Audi TT, or did in the recent past, and a Ford F-150 truck. She has a son, John, and a husband, Meade. Meade's occasional comments reveal a very skeptical disposition regarding the usual assumptions of the American left -- not what one would expect from the spouse of a member of the "Lefty Elites". His valiant efforts to clean public monuments of leftist graffiti and defacements further attest to his rejection of the common shibboleths of that genre of sociopolitical faction.

Contra Marx, I don't think capitalism produces alienation and anomie. Alienation and anomie are part of the human condition, but it is only in bourgeois democracies that people get to protest and act out their alienation and anomie. On a per capita basis, I don't think America has more assholes that other countries, but here they are certainly more vocal and visible... I would suspect that there must be many in Iran who view that country's massive launch of missiles and drones a dangerous escalation and would like the mullahs to show some restraint. Also, in Gaza, I can't believe everyone there is one hundred percent onboard with the Hamas leadership. Someone there must be thinking that they'd rather have a power station rather than an elaborate system of underground tunnels. Perhaps some even think that murdering and raping Israelis is not the way to go to negotiate a lasting peace, but these are not thoughts that can be spoken out loud.

Shouting "Death to America, Death to Israel" is the natural path for the leftists. It just took a few years to get to this point, but this has always been the point. These people have been arm in arm with communists and anarchists for decades now. To see them in an all but knee-bending submittal to the worst of Islam is not a surprise to me. It might be to them when they find out all that it entails.
But now that we've seen it. how do we unsee it? How does the left ignore what is bleeding from their own arteries? Do American Jews pay enough attention to this, or are they still of the belief that, if you're on the right, you're a White Supremacist- even as the past 10 years have been filled with examples of the left being the home of today's antisemitism.

If you claim to be anti-war, then it seems reasonable to imply that you’re pro-peace. Calling for the deaths of Israel and the United States is hardly a peaceful thing. After all, assuming you aren’t expecting everyone in Israel and the US to commit suicide, then you’re calling for the slaughter of millions of people. That’s very warlike. They aren’t anti-war at all. They want millions, hundreds of millions of people dead. Take them at their word and treat them accordingly.

I couldn't get into the high ranking seminars about blocking traffic with cars and other events but witnessed it and got all their license tags. Everyone was also taught to say they were journalists.
Moms in an urban suburban area were cheering them. Their kids, caught behind the action in a school bus, looked less enthused.
The interruptions and clicking and endless repetition are classic re-education. Look at that girl's eyes and listen to her words at the disrupted campus event. She's as brainwashed as a Manson girl. Does that change your mind about Fisk getting her out of her house?
