Blue on Blue. Heartache of Heartache, Blue on Blue, now that we are through.

She wore Bluuuuuuuue...Velvet.

I recall a Bobby Vinton collection that was heavily advertised in the 70s. And it was all his blue songs. Vinton sings the Blue.

Very pretty. Well done.

Indeed I am blue. Dark winter, indeed. I predict what comes next is barring right wing groups from protest permits.

Gab has apparently backed up the entire Trump Twitter account and it is now available there. This suggests they are offering Trump his next site. It will be interesting to see if this can survive an assault by the tech oligarchs. I have never been on Twitter and am not interested. I have been suspended by Fakebook for mentioning Inga's favorite Russia Hoax. Once I am able to post again, I will inform the family that if they want to exchange baby pictures, most of what I use it for, they will have to go to MeWe. That will be it for me on Fakebook.

Trump will be out of the White House in a week. Try to keep up.

Nationalization. Make the Bill of rights apply.
Nothing less will work.

Most of them already do, using incorporation and the Fourteenth Amendment. The ones left out are the ones the Left hates, like the Second.

Kushner is hoping to lay low for a couple of years, then make a confession and return to his NY social circle.

Maybe they suspended you for asserting the hoax that the election was stolen one too many times.

Gahrie proves he is utterly clueless. He is now insisting the first amendment applies to Twitter and Google and Facebook and Amazon!

Look, fool, if that were true Trump would still be on them, Parler would still be running, Michael K would not have been blocked on Facebook.

Nationalize Facebook and suddenly the Bill of rights applies to Twitter. It’s really not that hard to understand.

Ken B - There is an argument to be made that the first amendment can be applied to the Tech Oligarchies due to their status as state actors. I don't know how solid this argument is, but quick searches (not using giggle) on the priors of this article make me think there is something to it.

Nope, just your Russia Collusion Hoax.

Actually, the stolen election is well known. The left is trying madly to suppress the facts./ Notice no investigation is allowed ? Mueller showed how futile it is to try to prove a lie.

I know the argument. There is a good piece in the WSJ on it. But it doesn’t seem to apply in real life, does it? In any event, to get that to stick you need lawsuits, years of lawsuits, against companies with trillions that can drag them out. Too slow, too uncertain, too easily gamed.
I used to support antitrust, for years, along the lines Tim Wu and Glenn Reynolds argued for. I think it’s too late for that now.

It would be easier to just declare them public utilities like we did with the power and water companies, and regulate them that way. Or perhaps the way we regulate TV and radio broadcasts.

Ken B: You ignorant slut. I have done no such thing, and you can't cite where I have. You have a pattern of attributing positions to people that are the exact opposite of their true position. You have done it twice to me in a week.

I have come to the conclusion that you are a troll. I haven't decided if you're just a Moby, or a sad attempt at performance art.

Blue morning for John Eastman, who retired as a law professor effective immediately and exchanged mutual releases with Chapman University.
