I don't know about you, but I see a shirtless dirty dude on the street yelling things, I stay away. Drunk, meth, or mentally ill. You don't want to get involved.

I object to the sexist and pejorative term "sugar daddy". There are many older men who take an interest in the younger generation and generously help them pay for college and offer hands on mentoring. We need a kinder,gentler term to describe these men. Benefactors with benefits is kind of wordy but it is a more accurate description of these worthy men.

Contrast with tall guy who is covering up and flat on his feet and ready to strike. That kick at the end probably broke a rib, and regardless of what came before, he had surrendered and turned his back. He may have deserved it, but it was battery at that point. He'd end up paying the guy if he got sued. It happened to me as teen, and medical bill are expensive when you make $1.13/hour.

Street fights have no rules- if you go into one thinking they do, you will lose and you could get badly hurt.

I've heard of street fights (there's a great book on the subject called "Violence: A Writer's Guide") in which the guy gives up, only to cold-cock his opponent on the back of his head the moment he turns away.
There are no rules in street fighting. You get your opponent down on the ground and beat him into paste, if only so he doesn't get up again for awhile.
Plus: adrenaline. That shit'll drive you crazy. I have always avoided fights for that reason. The few I got into as a kid scared me that I could do some real damage if I was unleashed.
Favorite story: I was at a bar with a girl, sharing a pitcher of beer at a picnic-style table with benches. It was a narrow space, with one lone aisle (not isle) running from the bar at the back to the door.
We heard men shouting from the bar, followed by the sound of slapping. I took a look at the bar, then at the door. I stood up.
"Bill," she said. "Don't get involved."
I took my mug, walked around the table, and sat down by her. I held my mug up off the table, and we watched the crowd of guys bum-rushing one of them to the door.
They bumped into our table on the way out, spilling her beer while I calmly sipped mine.
She didn't appreciate my moves as much as I did. A perfect Hollywood moment.

I'm no lawyer, thank God, but it seems to me that if shirtless dude so desires, and has medical bills for a broken rib, that winner is gonna find out about the rules. The evidence is on the internet. It was a face to face fair fight, so self-defense for both of them until the threat was gone for the winner, which was when the guy obviously surrendered. The kick was punishment, and that's battery, and liability.

Just heard from an HOA contact, she recalled someone she spoke with with a rogue HOA that is asking all tenants who "own" a townhome (or more than one I'd guess) to have all dogs fitted with a bark collar, but only during the day if the tenant isn't home.

Great America PAC’s ad, titled “Shattered,” focuses on Reade’s allegations that Biden, a Democratic candidate in the 2020 presidential election, kissed her, touched her, and penetrated her with his fingers without her consent in 1993 when she worked for him as a Senate staffer. Biden has repeatedly denied these allegations.
The ad uses Reade’s voice to tell her allegations of sexual assault “while eerily overlapped with several inappropriate Biden moments with other individuals,” according to the PAC’s .press release
